Bristol was known as a clock-making city in the 19th century, and is home to the American Clock & Watch Museum. Bristol's nicknames include the "Bell City", because of a history manufacturing innovative spring-driven doorbells, and the "Mum City", because it was once a leader in chrysanthemum production and still holds an annual Bristol Mum Festival. I have had opportunity to eat here several times in recent months even though I have been driving by for years and never went it. Always enjoyed my meal, reasonable prices, attractive interior and nice staff. As a suggestion, they might want to take down the dark tints in the windows on street side and all the beer signs. It makes in look like a dive bar from the street and its not all so don't let that phase you.

The service is always great at Chilis and everyone is very friendly. Food was good and drinks were good. Service was fast and we had no issues. We usually make it a monthly trip with coworkers.

Their food is really good and they have really nice customer service but always double check your order before driving away sometimes they forget to add extra napkins and sauce.

A man named Michael has been working the drive-thru on the late night shift for years. He is so friendly and personable, and if you have a "usual", he remembers it, and asks if you'd like it.Other than that - this is typical Taco Bell faux Mexican fare. Perhaps a little better than other franchises of the same name, but nowhere near real Mexican food.
