Saigon Sushi

While it doesn't look like much from the outside the inside decor is very welcoming and colorful. Service was very friendly and efficient. The food was full of great flavors, and the portions were very fair. We had the grilled eel and the basil duck and highly recommend both. Our starter was soft shell crabs also delicious. We highly recommend Saigon Sushi and will return the next time we are in Vero Beach

A very nice surprise. Cozy little Restaurant. Had the beef teriyaki with coconut rice stir fry vegetables and pineapple salsa. Outstanding! My husband had the pulled pork with guava bbq sauce. Very good. Will definitely return very interesting menu. Not Hawaii but good. Katlin did an excellent job waiting on us and explaining the menu. Don’t miss this one.

Lovely meal , excellent waiter who really knew his stuff. Food was delicious well cooked and presented. Expensive-yes-and portion sixze was smaller than most Restaurants. But when the lights are turned out [we were outside] we loved our drinks just breathing in the ambience. Definitely somewhere to return to!!

We were a party of three adults and had high expectations based on recent restaurant reviews and general "word of mouth" from friends. We were there on a Saturday night in 'prime time' and the place was slightly busy, but not overly busy (there were one or two empty tables during the 2+ hours we were there). My lasting impressions, in no particular order: - noise level was high (we were two tables away from the piano, which is a nice touch, but in the future, I would ask to be seated farther away) -wine list was good with some selections you will not find elsewhere-wine prices were 2X to 3X retail prices-menu has innovative selections and there were lots of specials-food quality was a little above average; appetizers and salads were better than entrees- food prices were moderately high- service was on the slow side-service was OK but not far above average I will probably give the place another try sometime in the future, but not on a weekend night.
