We were in Mexico, Maine to visit Rare Woods International. We were looking for a place to eat lunch and we stopped into Dick's Restaurant. The place is very cozy and filled with local citizens.I had a Cheeseburger with fries and a salad. The burger was good enough and the fries were excellent. The waitress was very friendly.Just a decent local place to try out.

This is kind of a one of kind place. Very possibly named well. Service was fantastic but this is not the sort of place where you go with ten of your friends and expect you'd find chairs for them. I found the food truly interesting, creative, VERY fresh. Presentation was very interesting. Not likely to ever return to that area again, but if I did I would go back in a heartbeat.Had two meals: tacos and huevos rancheros. I REALLY loved the tacos, but they weren't actually tacos. Though they were still fantastic.Bargain prices. Not sure what the $$$ is about. Food is maybe $ and bakery items are higher.
