My boyfriend and I were there to try burgers. We decided to go with the cheapest one for 6,90€ (I don't exactly remember the name) as the components looked like the ones for the usual burger.We got it fast (15-20 mins for crowded restaurant is normal). Brugers were ordered rare and medium, which we both got. Meat is really delicious. Improvements could be made in bread (potato bread for example), the rest was fine.Hi Alja, thanks for leaving a review! We appreciate it. You must be talking about Oscar Bilby burger. Ok for a quick bite, but don't expect too much. Burger is below average, bun is plain, not a lot of vegetables, meat should be medium, but was well done. Fries were soggy. Better to enjoy just a craft beer, there are some-Bevog brewery.Hi urosdernovsek,we're sorry you had a bad experience at our place. Our burgers are made of 100% local beef, cured and minced fresh every day. We also make our own potato buns. We believe a burger (like any other food) should be balanced this is why you wont find to much of anything in our burger. Our patty weights 150gr and we make our burgers with the smashing technique. We are actually the only ones in Slovenia making burgers like this. With this technique we can nicely caramelize the surface of the meat so it gets nice flavors. We also don't use any spices only salt and pepper before the meat goes on the griddle. It can happen that the meat is under salted but because it salted by the grill master. However, if you ordered a medium done patty and got a well done, please step toward our employees they will be happy to make you a new one. Sometimes it happens and as before mentioned. Employees can make mistakes.Regarding the fries. We make our own fries, 100% Slovenian peeled and cut on a daily basis. We admit that in in May they were a little bit soggy but this is because the new potato hasn't been harvested yet.Potatoes are harvested once a year and after 9 months it loses it's shine and solidness.
