Reviewed By ZIS49Room 2 = 2 rooms: sleeping room with double bed and a huge room with two beds, fully equipped kitchen and a big table. A true home away from home. Right behind the door starts one of the best restaurants in town, serving great Bosnian dishes at reasonable prices. All this at a pedestrian street in the very centre of the town - if you want to taste food other than Bosnian or beer other than Staropramen just walk no more than 100 metres.

Reviewed By boris-tanjaWith my wife we had a nice weekend in Terme. Most of the rooms have been renovated and the room is solid in the new part of the Hotel. We had a half-board. I have no comments on food, everyone can choose what is right for him. The pools are large with water massages, but quite busy, especially after 12.00 with outside guests. We were in the pool before breakfast and in the evening until 21:00. Maybe we could change something, but for this price and offer it's great.

A magical holiday in nature
Reviewed By anamarijan87Very modern and attractive design that is both comfortable and relaxing. From the apartments, you can enjoy in beautiful views of the Podčetrtek castle and village. Exceptional breakfast delivery in a basket, consisting of quality local ingredients. You can choose between five different sorts of breakfasts every day. Very friendly staff. On arrival, we were served a glass of homemade apple juice; on departure, we were given a gift. Since I had a birthday during our stay, I got a greeting card and a small bottle of champagne to our room. Very attentive! We stayed at apartment Inocentia, which is in the same building as the wellness center. A small but cozy wellness area with an outdoor jacuzzi. Very clean apartments. The wellness area is disinfected twice a day. Good location, close to Terme Olimia and Kozjanski Park. Many excellent cycling and hiking trails in the area. Rich offer of local products, natural sights and breathtaking views in the region. We will definitely come back!

Basic and spacious appartment. Tremendous view
Reviewed By WILENLINHard to find, but once found an excellent place to stay for a couple of days and enjoy the surrounding in this lovely wine country ( and yes Hisa Denk is at only 7 km for a perfect dinner!). The appartment looks over a valley in slovenian wine country and is exploited by one of the wine estates in this region VALDHUBER. Very friendly reception, sympathic price level and all that one needs for a perfect relaxing and enjoyable stay. PAarking in fornt of the appartment building and a working wi-fi makes it perfect for a short stay over.

What a view!
Reviewed By Zuza JThe accommodation is in old winery house. Steep stairs lead upstairs to 2 apartments with a stunning view on surrounding wineries. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious with small bathroom. We had small kitchen hidden in the closet with all needed accessories to prepare a meal. But why bother if you have excellent restaurant 200 m away?

Aparthotel Rosa is located in town of Podcetrtek,Slovenia, easily accessible from Austria, Croatia and Italy. It offers accomodation in 42 apartments (ranging in size from 33.5 To 78 m2)equiped with refrigerator, satellite TV, dishwasher, microwave, blow-dryer, vacuum cleaner, room service and has free parking as well. Free WIFI access is available in all areas. An underground corridor provides a connection from the Aparthotel Rosa to the Wellness Centre Termalija and to Hotel Breza. Guests can use all spa and sports facilities there; as well those of the Thermal Park Aqualune nearby.
Dreadful experience

As we came to the location we were informed that emergency work is taking place around the hotel at fixed hours. It turned out that the work was being done at all times of the day the whole week we were staying, alternating between unbearable and slightly more bearable racket happening right below our window. Naturally, it was impossible to put our child to sleep in such a loud environment. Here, I must emphasize that we did not receive any notice from the hotel before arriving even though they had both, our phone number and our email address. Let alone suggesting a discount due to inconvenience, or a chance to cancel the whole thing before coming. Additionally, at the check in, we were informed that guests from Aparthotel Rosa are not allowed in the spa between 12 an 18 hours due to Covid-19 restrictions (while guests from two other hotels had no such restrictions), again something we were not informed beforehand. To put the cherry on top, the dishwasher in the apartment did not work, which we figured out after it was full of dirty dishes and the fridge had broken freezer door - before we noticed it all our food got frozen. And the beds are far from comfortable. So yeah, we got none of the relax and all of the frustration. And this thing was supposed to have 4 stars! What a joke!

Sole Apartments are named after our sunshine :) It was bought and created with a wish to leave our family with values of working and some legacy.I hope one day my kids will be able to meet&greet our guests! Apartment is centrally located (1oo m away from Aqualuna) and has a great view on nearby hills. It consists of a spacious living area with a pull out sofa and bedroom with queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. 10 min. walk to the the Terme Olimia and 2 min walk to Aqualuna! Free parking place under camera surveillance! The space Apartment Natura is the biggest apartment for 6 people and is located on the left side up the stair. It has air conditioning for the whole apartment and in winter we have also central heating. Whole apartment was completely renovated in October 2019 and is ready to greet first Airbnb guests. Unique location - next to the Aqualuna and 10 min walk to Terme Olimia. Grocery store and bus stop - 2 min. away. At the same time it's unbelievably quiet area. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay on 45 m2. You are able to access the whole apartment. Apartment is heated in winter and with some help of air conditioning, cold in summer. It has a very fast WIFI connection and TV with over 100 channels to choose from. If you need any arrangements for children, let me know, as I will be able to provide it :) Toys, cribs, extra beds,.. - let us know in advance :) I recommend the space for maximum 4 adults.

Ingenious layout of the small space includes two single beds, bathroom with toilet , shower and sink, everything clean and well furnished in the country style. Daughter was amazed with the view and wildlife around the treehouse
