The Amon family always want to offer their guest the best there is, starting with wine, food, sport activities as well as accommodation. A boarding house NATURA AMON ***** is located in the oasis of greenery, surrendered on one side by a forest and stretches towards the sunrise on the other side with a view to a golf course. The furniture is of high quality and made of natural materials. Colours have a benevolent influence on your well-being. The inner architecture caresses us with the past and gently offers its hand to the future. Here at our boarding house the mind relaxes and the body revives with eagerness.
An enjoyable break
Reviewed By junkuz57This small pension is situated in pleasant countryside near to the large spa resort of Olimje. We went, however, as it is also sited on a small (but tricky) nine hole golf course and also as adjoining, is a very good restaurant (which I will review separately). We were given a large and clean room on the ground floor with a spacious bathroom and a small terrace with plenty of seating. There was no room service at this time (due to Covid virus) and minimal toiletries (probably for the same reason) but as we were only here for a couple of days this was unimportant. There was plenty of storage space and a decent sized fridge. There was also very good lighting for reading (remarkably this is rarely the case) OK the downside. It was warm during our visit and there was only a small window for ventilation. There was a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. This would have been acceptable but, as we were on the ground floor, we could not leave the door open at night. Secondly we paid 100 euros a night for the room with breakfast, which by the way was very good. I do appreciate that the tourist industry has had a very difficult year and it is understandable that establishments increase their prices to compensate a little but I am not sure this is a wise strategy in the long term. Because of the price I have rated only average although otherwise I would have rated very good.

Accommodation with breakfast At Fani&Rozi we offer comfortable accommodation with breakfast. From July 2020 we are receiving guests in our renovated and modernly furnished rooms. Selected authentic elements from the family heritage related to the rafting, trade and literary tradition of Lent represent added value. Rooms offer romantic views of the river Drava with its bridges and river birds, and of the mighty Renaissance bastion, the Judgement Tower. Behind the house is a lush, giant oak that is the oldest tree in the old town core of Maribor. Our breakfasts are prepared from fresh organic produce from local suppliers. Parking is possible in the garage under the town market, which is 50 meters away and payable.
A very nice place to stay
Reviewed By jernejv2015A great place to stay. This is a family owned place and it shows. The owner was very kind, the rooms are beautiful and tidy and breakfast was delicious. I especially like that every room is named after an owner's family member, each with it's own story. I will definitely go back here again.

Great farmstay
Reviewed By saradujkovicVery nice autentic old Sloveniam farm house turn into beautiful hotel rooms and traditional Sloveniam restaurant. Everything is nice and autentic. Stuff is very friendly. There is also al lot to do with kids (a lot of playgrounds) and amazing path through the forest. You can really come closer to the nature there.

Reviewed By W9672HOjhWe had the 4 bedroom apartment- it was large, comfortable and welcoming. Excellent and friendly service!!! Great location for sightseeing with plenty of restaurants. Slovenia is definitely underrated.

Reviewed By Tarli72If you are traveling from the direction of Austria to Croatia, this is the perfect location for a break. Everything is very clean. The hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfest is very good.

Our tourist farm Stanfel is situated at the beginning of Goriska Brda in a village called Podsabotin. We can offer you the best wines and excellent food and you will be able to relax in rooms with antique furniture.

Reviewed By Departure48105201210We call ovners 4 days before we come, on phone they promised everything. But when we arrived, we experienced extreme inhospitability. They don't serve us food with the excuse that they don’t have time because they’re expecting a bus of people. The owners are very greedy for money, for a bottle of wine and one night they charged € 32, without the use of water, electricity and emptying the toilet.

Nice hotel, 20 min walk to city centre
Reviewed By Andede27The hotel seems quite new - everything is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The personnel is very friendly too. The owner (I think) called us to see if everything is ok and was very helpful during our stay. The self check-in process is very easy. You have to walk for about 20 min to get to the city centre but if it's not dark you can take a stroll along the river and the views are very nice.

Reviewed By AlexioMbA little outdated room but fair price and clean. Great breakfast, parking and friendly and helpfull staff. The bathroom is clean. The bed is comfortable but the wood makes noises when you turn. We would come back if we would be in near.
