That after midday on aSaturday afternoon the restaurant was empty, speaks volumes for our later profound disappointment... the two pages of lunch âspecialsâ were stock standard suburban âChineseâ- which frankly speaking we anticipated... if tasty & bright weâd have enjoyed re-visiting old favourites from the past. Here nothing from the kitchen came even close. Each Dish was priced inc plain rice, however all could be had with FRIED rice for only $1 extra..& stupidly we fell for it ! The food was close to execrable, laced w MSG & the fried rice anticipated as a sort of a naughty âtreatâ, turned out to be a turgid mid brown stodge.The ribs proved to be the worst offender as the crime against Chinese cuisine- they being sent out covered in a horrible BATTER(!!?) & from a culinary viewpoint an ugly & totally unappealing, weirdly odd âvariationâ that beggared the food mind.This was clearly one of the worst so-called Chinese meals ever. Absolutely terrible.

Lunch time special is a great way to have an economical meal, with a drink. Great for takeaway or sit in meal, same price. Great choices to cover all tastes to explore. Great table service, with smiles and express returns of your meals to eat. We have meals here regularly and it never changes, which is great. 5*S*T*A*R*S

I wouldnât even want to rate this restaurant. We are from Sydney and weâre told to try this restaurant and what a disappointment. We ordered the fish, and what we got was thick uncooked batter! Upon speaking with the chief Mary she came to the table to tell us it wasnât uncooked and it was the moisture from being friend and delay of coming to the table she the proceeded to scream at us mind you we had two kids present. We have tried many other Chinese restaurants both high end and family owned and never received such disgusting food and service. If anything the food was sub par to say the least. If you could stay away from this place I defiantly would. Such a disappointment.
