Scone Bowlo is great for meetings, events and playing bowls! Locals are always friendly and helpful with bowling equipment and service at the bar is Swift and pleasant. The Chinese food is okay and good value. The function room is always private and useful for any event such as trivia or after work drinks.

Had one meal in this restaurant while spending one night in Scone. Chose this place as it appeared to be the only one open on a Monday night. We were the only patrons, but the front desk was doing a good trade with take-away orders. The service was prompt and courteous, and the dishes we ordered were delicious. The entree spring rolls were obviously made in-house and were delicious. The sizzling Mongolian Lamb was also excellent.

Whilst visiting Scone recently, we dined for lunch twice at the Doncaster Bistro which is situated in the Scone RSL Club and were very happy with the choices of meals on both occasions. It is a large dining room with plenty of seating. The service is friendly and the meals come out very promptly. The variety of lunch specials are very good and very affordable. We chose from the Chinese meal selection. We would definitely return if in the area again.
