Not much in Lyndoch, but if you are there do yourself an enormous favour and go to this place for dinner.The chef , James, is exceptional, could be cooking anywhere he wants, but here is is.I'm a gnocchi nazzi, he'd made it that morning , and seriously, it was so light and smooth I couldn't believe it.If he has made pasta , just have it , he is brilliant.That aside everything else he did was exceptional. We cancelled highly rated places to go back to him.And you can have breakfast and lunch too........................all brilliant.This is not a cafe, it is an wonder .James, keep up the brilliant work, and your great staff.Hey Mark,Thanks for your lovely review. It's a German bakery and restaurant. I ordered a plain sandwich and bought some cakes too. Great service, friendly staff, sandwich was fantastic. Clean toilets. Can sit inside the restaurant or outside in the sun. I wish I'd had time to sit and have the soup, but needed to keep going.

Went here twice over a five day stay in the Barossa Valley.First time was for coffee - which was excellent and whetted our appetite to return for breakfast on another day.The space is wonderful - it is located in an old, renovated industrial space and has a lot of character.The breakfast menu is very interesting and innovative with some unusual food combinations. Gluten free bread is available for those who need this option. The food was great and the serving sizes are generous. All four members of our group thoroughly enjoyed their selections.Would happily go back when next in the Barossa
