We went to Jimmers tonight during our vacation in Montrose and we were so pleased with the menu choices, portion-sizes, and service. They also accommodated our large group (10) with ease, which was very helpful. Our food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. If we lived here, this would definitely be a favorite restaurant - a great experience!Thank you for sharing your experience with everyone. We are trying very hard to make everyoneâs meal and experience here the best we possibly can ! Thanks Jim.

This restaurant has no outdoor seating, and its doors are approximately 75 feet from CO State Hwy 550 at the south end of Montrose. Hwy 550 is very busy and turns into Townsend Avenue, the busiest street in Montrose. Rib City Grill recently added a small bar, which is usually empty. At about 5:00 p.m., when Hwy 550 and Townsend Avenue are busiest, I stopped in for a beer and some ribs. I always sit in the bar because I have multiple chemical sensitivities. Although the door leading outside from the bar was open when I arrived, on previous occasions, Robin, the Manager, had said I could close it, so I did because the noise and automobile exhaust is especially bad during rush hour. Robin did not object until half-way through my meal when she reopened the door, claiming that she was too hot and needed fresh air. Just because Robin is the sister of the restaurant's owner does not mean that the customers should have to pay the price for her hot flashes due to menopause and overweight in terms of major highway noise and air pollution. Given that the restaurant has no outdoor seating, it is reasonable for customers to expect to enjoy their meals without having to suffer severe highway noise and automobile exhaust. Rather, the restaurant owners, Tyler and Lori Jones, should be willing to pay for their nepotism by footing the energy bill to keep the restaurant at a temperature that is acceptable to his sister without having to poison his customers with air and noise pollution.

Their loaded baked potatoes are to die for!!! Awesome flavor. Bonus, my husband waited all week to eat one at a music event. They were about to sell out and made sure to set one aside for him. Very kind! Thanks guys!
