We have tried all three restaurants it might not have the best views - but it certainly makes up for great food and top service - menu is better then other restaurants on the top - it's modern and food was superb we are going back again this week. The guys running the place are very welcoming and accommodating helping jn any way possible. Highly recommend it.

We have lived around the Bozel valley for almost 15 years, and now spend pretty much the whole ski season in Courchevel, so we know the place, and its eateries, extremely well. Bottom Line Up Front on L'Oeil de Boeuf is that it has changed hands, although the general style remains the same. We usually use it for dinner (booking strongly advised), where the service and presentation are excellent. This is not a restaurant for vegetarians as the menu is predominantly meat based, which is cooked to order on an open wood fired grill. If you like genuine French style food (i.e meat lightly cooked) with superb salads then this is the place. I would not recommend it for those seeking a more mundane "Harvester" style burger and chips or the cringingly British "medium to well done' (i.e. ruined) steak. I guess that the reviewers from Jan 18 that gave it 1 star may fit into this category. British diners should also note that French meat cuts are generally different to the UK, often being bigger, but with some of the fat/bone left on. The wine list is not cheap, but it is quality. Service was attentive and friendly. We look forward to going back.
