They claim to have delicious burgers and it is true. This place is just a little hole-in-the wall bar in downtown Ontonagon (which looks largely abandoned). I ordered the Roxey burger and it was delicious. I warn you, though, that it is large. When it said "two patties" I was picturing smaller patties. They just have a little kitchen carved out of the bar area and one woman working hard in there. The man working in the bar waited on us and was friendly and attentive.

Being the only choice within 15+ miles and attached to the hotel (Americinn), it becomes convenient to stay and eat. Staff were pleasant but seemed busy with other non-restaurant tasks. No fresh food, burger was cooked from frozen, and was $12 (average), onion rings were cooked from frozen (well below average), and the salad bar was bagged lettuce, some bagged cheese and cut up onions. When I ordered a side dinner salad, I was told to go to the salad bar and fix it myself. All the salad dressings were measured out in little plastic containers held at room temperature. Not a safe practice, if they need to be told. The view is spectacular being able to look over lake superior which elevates the total experience to the average level.
