Nice atmosphere, good staff and lovely food. However, my husband carefully selected a noodle dish that did NOT specify chilli, unlike another next to his on the menu.He couldn't eat much of his meal due to the chilli and we wasted our money, even though he complained. We were also told we would have to wait 30minutes and this was appreciated. BUT, we waited 60minutes!!!! getting our meals at 8.00pm.

Great atmosphere, food and wine. Our hosts Shane & Claire were very friendly and welcoming. Shane displayed an extensive knowledge of local brews and wines - gave us some great recommendations and was only too happy to provide tastings before we decided/ordered. We enjoyed several of the tapas offerings - all of which were great (thanks Claire), before finishing off with a Warrabilla Durif for desert!! The beer, food and wine were all reasonably priced,An added attraction is Australia's oldest and largest grape vine in the courtyard out the back - definitely worth a look. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Cheers! Thanks for your great review David B we are glad you enjoyed your time at the Vine.

Had lunch with my Husband and 12 year old Son as we were passing though driving from Canberra to Melbourne. The service was great, really friendly. We had chicken schnitzel and salad and it was great - the gravy was delicious. My Son has spaghetti bol which came with ice cream for desert.Over all a quick, delicious stop.
