Ok, so you pull up in a grotty retail park and we sat outside at the restaurant with a view of, well, aircon units and a bank which leads up to a main road....but they were simply the best ever burgers! the staff, particularly the chap who seemed to be the manager, who did his best to speak English, were excellent. Decent prices and my two teenage boys who are burger fans, loved it. No tourists other than us, just full of French locals, which is always a good sign. hello James Thank you very much for you contribution, i 'm better to speak than to write English, sorry !!!i hope to see you for your next hollidaysby

Had lunch at this restaurant 3rd July, and were really impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the two waitresses - they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the experience was badly let down by the food. We both ordered hamburgers - mine was ok, but my wifeâs was totally raw inside. The burgers came with fries, most of which were actually burned to cinders and totally inedible. A little more attention to the quality of the food leaving the kitchen would work wonders and transform this restaurant. The location and the staff deserve betterFirstly thanks very much for taking the time to leave us a review, itâs much appreciated and helps us to be better.I am really sorry that your experience however with the meal wasnât perfect.Itâs such a shame that you didnât tell us of the issues at the time. I know they asked you several times if there was a problem with the burger as it was hardly eaten but you said nothing of this and we could of solved the issue and made your visit perfect.If you take a moment and read our reviews you can see that we do pretty well with the food and of course sometimes things go wrong, weâre none of us perfect but itâs much better to tell a restaurant your issues at the time of the visit rather than in a review later.

T continues to be a favorite stopping place when in Narbonne. Normally I suggest it to our houseguests and everyone agrees the lunches, the beautiful pastries and the calm decor are worth the trip. Recently some houseguests were out touring on their own, I didn't know they would be heading to Narbonne, when we saw them that night they said what a nice time they'd had during the day, especially at a little place they found that had a perfect lunch and very agreeable staff. I asked where it was and wasn't surprised when they described how they found it and then said, "Oh yes, that's it "T", it was great. Thanks to the whole staff for making us and our many guests always feel welcome.
