Visited on a Sunday lunchtime. Staff very welcoming. Great table in the shade with views over the Plage. I had salad, partner moules. Served quickly with a smile. Moules were excellent. Would go again. During the week they do a reasonably priced menu du midi.

William, our host, is a very wonderful man. He singlehandedly cooks, welcomes, arranges everything. His dishes are beautiful without being excessively pretentious. They are so genuine and thoughtful. So much nicer and more real than the centre. It will take you five minutes to get there. Do it!

Lovely dinner - underrated restaurant which changed hands mid Aug 2018. Sat by marina, we chose a set menu - fish soup and langoustine soup to start (10/10 in both cases), fish (mine best whole sole Iâve ever had) with risotto style creamy rice with salmon flakes and fresh dressed lettuce (10/10 again) and a little crepe to finish- all for 24 Euro pp. This one will give neighbouring restaurants a challenge!

The restaurant Les Grands Buffets is the perfect match between a prestigious table of tradition with a eat-all-you-can buffet. You are invited to a real self-service banquet where you can find all the traditional dishes of a feast meal: six varieties of f
If you are in Narbonne and area give this place a go. I have visited several times with my family and I am a fussy eater, yet I always find something nice to eat there. On that particular night they had 111 different cheeses on display and I cannot remember how many I tried! Pre-sliced cheeses was a great newly-introduced idea, prevents wastage. Great choice of local dishes and wines too. The dessert bar is sublime. The only thing that can be a little annoying is how rude other customers can be when not forming orderly queues and how much food they leave on their plates because they pile it on and canât finish it. The staff however is always lovely and efficient.

This all seafood menu is sumptuous. We began with a selection of tapas - marinated mussels, salmon rillette, shrimps in sesame oil and octopus salad. all were wonderful! After that, we shared a shellfish platter. My husband was in heaven because he loves oysters, mussels and clams. I especially liked the shrimp, but I'm not crazy about shelling them myself...The service was friendly and prompt.

We ate here whilst on holiday- I say we ate- we had a starter of squid and a children's meal. We had also ordered duck and a seafood platter. We waited for an hour for our main courses and then began to question where they were. After several requests and a further half an hour, my husband cancelled them and asked for the bill. He then requested the bill again, at which point the manager arrived with our main courses. The duck was very dry and covered in a grey gloop and the platter literally look like it had been sat in the kitchen for 90 minutes. My husband told him that we didn't want them. He replied 'Just eat'. He then said 'Do you know how long it takes to prepare this platter?'. Fortunately we've had it many times before at other restaurants and so know it's nothing like an hour and a half. What followed can only be described as an argument with my husband repeatedly requesting a bill for what we had consumed. The manager refused so I ended up getting up with my 4 year old and leaving the restaurant. He then got the message and took the food away but my husband had to request the bill a further 3 times. The waitress used the word 'aggressive' to describe my husband. There were several words he could have used in response. In the end my husband just left money for what he thought we'd had. Beyond shocking.

If you like fish this tiny restaurant is perfect. We had no booking but fortunately we got a table. The restaurant itself is tiny but the staff were extremely pleasant and charming without being intrusive. They had a fantastic range of fresh fish specials . The soup de poisson was delicious as was the lemon sole. The mussels were perfectly cooked and came with gorgeous fries. There are several great value set menus. Everything is beautiful and fresh and cooked well. Will definitely return but I will book the next time as it is extremely small.
