We went to have family lunch with kids. We waited almost 45 mn before order and other 45 mn before being served. Beers were not cold and we didn't want to change them... The waiter did not look he was enjoying the job. At least, the food was ok but we won t go back there!

Located in an industrial zone which believe it or not is one of their trademarks for "success" apparently enticing people working nearby who are on short lunchbreaks or people just passing through. Ok fair enough, I have had more than my fair share of this type of comfort food. It's an easy option like being stuck in a surrounding hotel and having a place like this nearby which has clearly seized on the local demand but without creating it. I am in no doubt everything is weighed, measured and worked out scrupiously according to a business plan but here's the rub; if you wait fifteen minutes only to be told that due to "unforseen circumstances" it will be at least another 45 minutes before a table will become available then someone somewhere has got this all figured out all wrong. So Mr. Picard, the next time you take a business model from America maybe you should encourage your staff to adopt the equivalent skills necessary to make your supposed dining extraganza a reality rather than just a proposition. If the demand outweighs the supply then adapt quickly or suffer the consequences. It's as simple as that. As far as the food is concerned if you are lucky to get a table, let's just say you are paying for the decor as the food itself is standardised throughout the chain so I am assuming it's at least as good as The Buffalo Grill overlooking a warehouse next to Beauvais Airport.

This place will make you re-think about having burgers elsewhere.I was happy to have tried out this place with some french(parisien) and Indian classmates, it was a beautiful experience. The price was reasonable for the offer, the fries were of variation, some were thinly sliced and some were in chunks, , perharps it is a statement of them being 'home made'. The meat was not of a normal burger quality, I felt like I was eating some steak. The menu was very explicit, however, I was misled by way that they write about the salad or vegetable, the salad/vegetable offered is within the burger itself.They served beer in a parisien-way as well! Classy and 'smart-causal'! The burger and fries together gave a reasonable quantity, to fill the stomach, the dessert choice was limited and the beverage offer was sufficient.The ambience was fabulous!
