! had the 'special' for supper - a smothered chicken breast. As advertised it was a chicken breast smothered in a white sauce. The sauce was tasteless, except that is was salty. It came with peas (canned and mushy) and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were instant. It was not good.The server however was very friendly, but we won't be back.

The previous owner's or manager's menu was better. Less choice now but still the best in Kimball. Hard to find at night unless you are the local. No good sign at all and only thing they will tell you is the golf course restaurant.

Peyton's Island Time was clean, quick and had great service. Our waitress, Shannon, was attentive and the food was wonderful. We had a relaxing Saturday morning breakfast with the kids and the food was delicious. We had smothered breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, sausage and eggs. It was ALL GREAT!They have a couple of private dinning areas for special occasions and the ladies room was very clean and nice.
