Looks good in photos. Rude staff, bad drainage on sites. Staff don't care.

Overpriced for the service you receive. Will not be coming back. Sites had poor drainage meaning out site was flooded, cones were put up around quarter of our site so we couldn't use it anyway. The things for kids to do are good but that is it and I would not be coming back.

A Pleasant Green Stay

Reviewed By SydneyAsiaTraveller

I had no idea that this hotel was as green by surroundings and as green by practice as it was. Surrounded by green bush and grasslands, you wake up seeing Kangaroos hopping past your front door and past your car as if they were your neighbors. We saw rabbits and many wildlife outside our room. It was a green and off grid hotel by practice as they farmed their water by rain water and solar electricity. I was pleasantly surprised by all this setup and very impressed. The hotel room was modern and generally clean. Their manager Matt was awesome to deal with and always helpful. We felt very much at home staying at this hotel. The only down side on this trip was a slight flood in our bath tub. But overall the stay was great and my whole family really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Reviewed By Jewel236

Great location practically on the beach. Bathrooms beautifully clean but big surprise was the heated floor 10/10! The one negative was the camp kitchen was locked up at 9pm. Pretty annoying to not have access but a minor complaint. Kangaroos abound throughout the park but appear fairly tame.

Husband and I stayed in a Superior Family Villa (2BR). It's one of the newer cabins in the park and as a bonus had a carport attached to the cabin. (That was great when packing up when it was raining). Cabin was very clean. Bathroom very clean and a nice big walk in shower with a great shower head and lots of hot water. Very comfortable bed. Though the 2nd bedroom didn't have a wardrobe. Wardrobe only in the 1 bedroom. Our cabin had a queen bed in each bedroom. There was a galley style kitchen, and surprisingly a capsule Delonghi coffee machine. Stayed only the one night, and it rained on the day of packup, so didn't have the change to look around the park and other facilities. However, upon entry saw a great big under cover bbq area. Pool onsite but didn't see this. Cafe out the front and on the Saturday night sold wood fired pizzas. Wouldn't hesitate staying again in the same cabin. If you realise you will be running late, call the office ASAP, as they didn't pick up phone after 4pm on a Saturday. However received a text just before 5pm with details of a pin to the lock box to obtain key to cabin.

We went there from our Sydney offices to do a Valuation of the Neighbourhood Property and decided to stay the night in one of the cottages called “ The Chapel”. We were particularly impressed with the immaculate presentation of the cottage and surrounding lawns and gardens. We , for our age did not use the Spa but the bed was very comfortable. The location of the toilet was an issue but not for most younger guests. We took our food and wine and all was there for those needs. The quietness was obvious. A lovely overnight.

Perfect if you love being out with the elements. I just think it wasn't right for me. I did really feel like I was in a traditional home in Bali. I was a bit nervous about the shower outside, but it was super relaxing with the waterfall. So close to town but also quite tranquil as well.

Don’t eat lunch here

Don’t order the signature platter! Half of the components listed on the menu were missing. Left feeling hungry. Staff justified alternatives and said that they should change the menu. Total false advertising when you don’t get what you preordered. However, others mentioned that the steak was nice.
