Very central location. However I had no air-con & it wasn't cheap.

Rooms well-equipped and comfortable, though none of the rooms on the first floor had air-con - it was 39C at the time, so a bit of an issue. Rooms at the front, overlooking the street, can be noisy at night. Breakfasts okay, probably better than many Spanish hotels, to be fair. Helpful staff, who seemed to speak multiple langauges.

En cuanto al servicio, podríamos catalogarlo como un restaurante clásico, menús sencillos y no muy variado. No obstante, el precio era razonable, aunque la comida hubiera brillado más si el camarero hubiera transmitido un poco más de simpatía. Desde nuestro punto de vista, el álgido momento del almuerzo llegó a la hora del postre, donde pudimos degustar unos sabrosos flanes de queso y un exquisito mousse de café, sin duda lo mejor del restaurante. A modo de conclusión, al no tener muchas más opciones por el alrededor, restaurante el Arco puede ser una opción viable para salir con la panza llena.

An authentic family hostel/hotel in rural northern Spain
Reviewed By BicholistoThis is a small, friendly, unpretentious family-run bar-restaurant with simple rooms in the tiny village of Termiñon about 60km NE of Burgos. For us it is a great stop on the journey between Barcelona and the family village in Cantabria, but it would also be convenient for anyone driving south from Santander or Burgos, or west from Logroño, if they are looking for inexpensive accommodation in deep rural Spain away from the urban rush. And inexpensive it is: we paid just 58 euros for half board, including an excellent meal. For this price, of course, don´t expect luxury: the rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The silence at night is deafening. We intend to return and explore the surrounding area: it looks interesting.
