Great place for nature and fun. And the food is really decent. BUT WHAT IS IT WITH THE LOAD POP MUSIC in the rest!!!!! Seriously spoiling the nature experience!!!! Then at least find some ambient music that fit the place instead of the latest American pop hits. Really a shame!

Located next to the road from Irun to Pamplona you might expect the typical truck driver stop, but in fact it is a small hotel with cafeteria, outside sitting area and two restaurants, one âa la carteâ and the other one serving daily menus, starting from 1pm until 3:30pm.I tried the daily menu section, and was pleasantly surprised by the choice offered (about 6 different starters and 6 different main courses plus 6 or 7 different desserts to choose from).I had a salad with fried bacon and mushrooms as a starter and a tuna steak as a main course, both was delicious and came in abundant quantity, leaving almost no space for the dessert.Price for the menu including drinks but no coffee is 12⬠during weekdays which is a bit above the average 10⬠which you are expected to pay in this area. On Saturdays and Sundays it is more expensive.Service was friendly and efficient, there were three waiters for about 15 tables, you pay at the exit as you leave.A good option when you are travelling and looking for a decent place for lunch along the road, with ample parking space.

Well worth a diversion to eat here. Family, local Basque restaurant hidden behind the doors in the bar. Unbelievable value, more food than you can eat, but just ask for more if wish. Cuisine is simple "home cooking", staff are just wonderful and helpful. The clientele will include locals. Workmen, families, tourists, whatever, everyone there because it is unbeatable value and most enjoyable. Drinks cost minimally more than the menu del dia and wine is brought by the bottle to your table, drink what you want, no extra hidden charges.Give it a try, you will love it for what it is and its simplicity.

El restaurante se encuentra ubicado en la zona industrial, algo alejado del pueblo. Tiene un comedor amplio.El menú del dÃa incluye unos 9 primeros y segundos para escoger. El menú cuesta 12,5+IVA. El café no va incluido en el precio.Fuimos a comer 20 personas, y el resto del comedor estaba lleno, asà que no puedo valorar mucho la rapidez del servicio, pero para todos los que éramos tampoco se demoró mucho.La comida no está mal pero las raciones son bastante escasas. Pedimos por ejemplo de segundo albóndigas y nos pusieron 4 contada, el resto del plato lleno de salsa. La tarta del postre también minúscula, en 2 cucharas te la acababas.Sin duda te recomiendo que pidas el hojaldre de espinacas con queso de cabra, muy muy bueno, un poco pequeño también pero impresionante.

Llegamos aquà gracias a las opiniones de TripAdvisor. Como siempre, acertáis. Fuimos un jueves y gracias al trato recibido por Juancar el dueño repetimos el dia siguiente. Los viernes tienen diferentes pintxos a cual mejor. No dejeis de probar las croquetas ¡¡¡ ESPECTACULARES!!!. Gracias por el trato en cuanto se entero de la intolerancia alimenticia de mi hijo preguntaba e informaba de que podia y no podia comer. Lugar para volver sin dudarlo.

Menu traditionnel cidrerie avec omelette a la morue, morue et poivrons verts grillés, côte de bÅuf et fromages avec pâte de coing et noix. Cidre à volonté, plusieurs tonneaux au choix avec différents cidres faits avec différentes variétés de pommes. Le tout pour 30â¬.Tout était excellent, la côte de bÅuf tout particulièrement, nous n'en avions rarement mangé d'aussi bonne!Accueil et service très gentil.Service a l'heure espagnole.... Ne pas arriver trop tôt !

Set in a beautiful village this restaurant is accessed through the bar, both are wonderful with a strong rural style. We stopped for a coffee and decided to eat on the spur of the moment. A late lunch. We were not disappointed with the fried beef fillet or the beef & vegetable casserole dish. Both were perfect. This place seemed to be very popular with the locals and we sensed we were the only non- Basques there. Not surprising considering the standard of food. Simple but cooked to perfection. We ordered in Spanish as I sensed that English was pointless with our pleasant waitress. Pointing at the menu helped too! We were sorry not to get back for a second visit but it was not to happen. Although it is in Navarra, this is deep in the heart of Basque country.

The restaurant is located in the industrial area of Bera, but it's totally renewed inside and the value for money is incredible. Very good Basque food for 10⬠from Monday to Friday.

Quiet restaurant with terrasse and only a few clients for a Friday of first week of August. Compared to similar restaurants in the area, this is a bargain to get a full meal - starter, main dish and dessert, including wine (very basic) and tea - for 18⬠with traditional napkin and towel. I took as starter a leek soup with liver, and found it delicious.
