Urban 21 is the closest thing to fast food in Tragoviste. The hamburgers are not exactly like the US but not bad. The chicken swarma is excellent and their French fries are very similar to McDonalds. I ate there three times during my stay and would recommend it.

I ordered a traditional romanian beef soup (ciorba de burta) which was good. The beef steak was not good unfortunately. The dessert was instead delicious.
The staff was very noisy. They were all Seating at an outside table, very loudly speaking and laughing which disturbed most of us guests there.

Been few days in Târgoviște city I spent an evening in above mentioned location. Even most of the reviewers expressed their opinion as excellent I cannot share that. The meal was under expectation and ...lot of mosquitos around. For a succesfull evening I recomend other location instead.

We had a really nice time here! The owner was so friendly, and spent a lot of time speaking with us (in English) explaining Romanian food and traditions. The place is cute and cozy, and the drinks, cakes and cookies were tasty!

This is a very nice restaurant in Târgoviște. It has a very futuristic design, like a big Dom. There is a small parking (free, cca 12 places) next to main entrance. Inside there is a big, round free space. It also has a small scene inside suitable for a band. Big bar inside. Lovely meal, we recommend the burger (my son was thrilled about it). There is also an outdoor pool, with music and I guess you can chill all day at this place. We only eat there and we love it. Food got prepared quickly and was tasty and cheap. For a family of 4, one course and desert we've paid approx 40eur (in Ron equivalent).

As a Brit, I felt I had to check out the Queen's Corner & Pub.
OK, it's not a Pub according to what a Pub in England might look like. But there was a picture of the Queen on the wall!
We sat inside, as it was quite hot outside. But plenty of people were out on the Terrace or upstairs on the 1st floor.
The menu is pretty varied, so something for everyone. We stuck to what we knew this time and ordered pizzas (mine was 'Dracula's pizza, of course). These were good size, came after 20 mins. I had a Romanian salad as a side. The lemonade with honey is a nice way to go for a soft drink.

I got the pork served on a bed of beans, pickles and a whole onion quartered. The dish was very salty. The favoring was good. The pork serving could have been larger. This would be excellent in the fall and winter.
