I was staying overnight in Medford and walked from my motel to find a place to have dinner. Lots of fast food places, but nothing which appealed to me. I started back to the motel and when walking thru a shopping mall saw the El Arriver sign. I went in and found the food to be excellent, the service to be friendly, and the atmosphere to be relaxing. Great place. Highly recommended.

For our locals, this is the old JJ North building. Great authentic Mexican food. I had the Fiesta Platter Appetizer which included picadillo taquitos, cheese quesadillas, nacho flautas and jalapeno poppers. It was enough food to feed at least 2 people. My husband had the chicken enchiladas verdes with rice and pinto beans. They give you 3 options for your beans, black , pinto or chorizo beans. Everything tasted fresh and flaverful. They also have a full bar.

....I won't order another "skinny" margarita again. I hate to ding a restaurant a star for their cocktail list, but I couldn't help it with this one. Here's why....after being seated, I noticed their cocktail list situated at the end of the table. I believe there were three margaritas listed. Two of the three were flavored. For example, one was a tamarind margarita. I forget what the other one was.The third margarita did not list any extra flavors....the skinny margarita. So I ordered it. The outcome? Its flavor was good, as they used fresh squeezed juices. So that was great. But nothing else really stood out. No floater of Grand Marnier on top. No top-shelf tequila used. If they did, you couldn't taste it, nor did they list so on the cocktail list on the table. One other thing they didn't list? The price! Now I'll take blame in that I didn't ask them what the price was before ordering. My fault. But with no indications on the cocktail list of top-shelf liquor being used, I figured they were the "normal" priced margaritas found in town. Not so.$14 a pop. As my wife had one too, $28 of our bill was for two drinks. Not good.Hey, if the value is there, I'm OK with that cost. But not with these....no mas.Interior space / ambiance of the restaurant = 4.5 star.Food = 3.5 to 4 star. Food was good, but I found it to be more similar to the other restaurants in the Valley, than different. I guess with the word "Cuisine" added to their name, I was expecting something a bit different.

Great breakfasts and awesome, authentic Mexican food, Service is excellent and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The mole is yummy and rich, the food neatly prepared and served. Everything is freshly made.and the menu has all of the favorites, plus some dishes you would not find in the commercialized Mexican restaurants...They also have some good old American favorites as well. Enjoy!!!!

My daughter and I stopped here while passing through. The location is in an industrial area but donât let that deter you. This place is authentic food and genuinely nice staff. My daughter got the chimichanga which I ended up being jealous of...SO GOOD! She was in love! If I am ever in an authentic Mexican restaurant, I always go for enchiladas and I wasnât disappointed here. The chicken tamale was not my favorite but good. Wish I could frequent this place but too far from home.

If you love Mexican food, this is not the place to go. If you like American Mexican, then it might be just the right place. I have eaten here several times over the years, I am still not impressed. Even the margaritas werenât right as they were syrupy sweet and lacking an alcohol kick. (We ordered and added another shot to each drink, still sweet, sweet, sweet.) The food is extremely bland and to top it off, it is pricey!

We stop here for lunch often. Only a few menu items but fresh is the draw here. They make there own salsa and the food is made fresh to order. Burritos, tacos tostada. Each made with your choice of Chicken, Beef or Pork. Very good!

Well established restaurant with fresh cuts from our privately owned butcher shop and market. Fresh salas made daily 7 different kinds to flavor your taste buds.
Amazing variety of tacos for less than $2 each and only a buck on Wednesdayâs. $6 lunch plates. Great salsa bar. Great selection from their bar. Friendly service. The two best Mexican restaurants in Medford are both on Stewart Street, a bit off the beaten track. Not far from Harry and Davidâs.

My brother and I spent 5 days in Medford, Oregon, eating twice at El Molcajete Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. There is a friendly and efficient staff and the decor and atmosphere were just right.
