Things to do in Huntsville
La Fiesta is not your cookie cutter mexican restaurant. It is more like mexican street food with a nice cool and clean place to sit and eat if you like. They have the jars of pure fruit juice that are to die for! So far I have sampled watermelon, cantelope, pineapple, and orange. All were amazing! Real juice, no powdered packets of anything added. The food is hot, delicious, and made to order in front of you by two adorable mexican ladies. They have everything from tacos to menudo. The prices are VERY reasonable. The Gorditas and Sopes are my favorite. One of each and I am stuffed. With a large juice, my order was just over $7 and I couldn't eat another bite. They also serve breakfast. I LOVE this place and the ladies who make it happen!

Came to Huntsville to visit family and we thought we would have a good dinner on a Friday night but it was nothing special. Two fajita dinners that were room temperature and server forgot to bring the plate of sour cream, guacamole, cheese, etc. How can you have fajitas without the toppings? By the time we got them the meat was cold. Other dinner was a steak that was extremely undercooked. At least under you can send back and have it fixed. Wasnât worst dinner we ever had but probably wonât be back to this Chiliâs.

The food is great, the people are great. The manager is a really great guy. The queso is very good but the large queso is NOT very big kind of small. The Frozen Margaritas are great.

Visited this taqueria again yesterday after not been here for about 2 years. They get crowded now during lunch 12-1 p.m. and they only have 3 people serving, running around trying to help customers. Customer service is very good and prices are very inexpensive...Recommended...they need a bigger parking though

Following a lecture at the College of Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University, a colleague and I had lunch at Fiesta Taqueria. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. I had the beef fajita enchilada dinner, which was particularly good. This is one of three or four restaurants I am inclined to visit when I am in Huntsville.

Three family members ate brunch here, oh my goodness, def exceeds expectations. I had the grand egg, cheese and sweet fresh ham on a huge soft roll. Another had pork chops, 2 eggs, beans and hash browns. Third a vegetable quesadilla. Plus drinks, the bill was $ 27! So worth it. The wait staff was exceedingly attentive, friendly and clarified EVERY order in detail. Loved it. Menu covered all meals. Go!

Visited here while visiting a friend who frequents this establishment. I understand why. The manager, Noel, and his staff are very friendly. The service was prompt. The food quality is second to none. I tried the El Presidente margarita. What a treat! You only want one of those. Two will put you over the edge if you are driving. Thank you for the experience.

We ate here as a large party of 20 after graduation. Service was decent/attentive. Food was just average. I had the sour cream enchiladas and a taco. Both lacked seasoning. I had to add salt and pepper to both and it didnât help much. Edible but could have been so much better with the right seasonings. The guacamole also lacked what makes guacamole taste good - lime & pico. Chips and salsa were also average. Hubby had pastor tacos, also lacking a bit of flavor.

Overall the food is good but with recent price increases the value for the cost is no longer there. They are now much more expensive than the competition yet the quality and the quantity of the food has not changed. The majority of the management are very good and the wait staff is excellent. A good place to eat but nothing special.

Los Pericos is one of my "go to" restaurants when I am in Huntsville, Texas. The service is friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. This Mexican restaurant has a full menu that should satisfy almost everyone's tastes. In addition, there is a full bar available.
