The food and presentation was unbelievable. Place is busy with outdoor music and vibe. We were almost 10 persons and a child and our needs were well accommodated. The seafood was excellent and I personally recommend the squid cooked with its own ink (photo included) and donât forget the desert. The mushroom shaped photo is more like a tiramisu which melted in my mouth.

Cena con cupón colectivia en este local, al llegar nos toca esperar un rato, el local está bastante lleno y solo hay una chica atendiendo las mesas, agradable y servicial por cierto. La comida para mi gusto rica y con buena relación calidad/precio, destacando positivamente el atún. Cómo punto negativo, le pedimos a la chica un poco más de pan, a lo que nos contestó que no les quedaba, no me esperaba una respuesta asÃ, tuvimos que comer la carne del menú sin pan. Corrigiendo esos pequeños detalles un local recomendable.

We stopped in because of the great TA reviews and they were right on the money. We had fish stew, chicken teriyaki, and the roasted vegetable salad. They were great values, large portions, and fresh well presented ingredients. If you've never tried the patron peppers, then this is a great opportunity to give them a try. The owner and her family go out of the way to make your dining experience wonderful.

Gambrinus is part of a restaurant chain, however the service level in the Sopelana branch is exceptionally high. The food is good and not very expensive, and the restaurant is open all day making it perfect for tourists.

We were two in the restaurant and were adviced that we could share one dish and it should have been enough for both. End of the story, we ordered two dishes and still it wasn't enough. Altough the food was really (really) good, there could have been some sides.At the end, we waited more than half an hour to ask for the check. They clearly looked at our table but didn't took the plates. I don't know if it was because we speak little spanish, but the staff seemed to ignore us. We finally went to the bar to pay the bill.

What a marvelous restaurant! We visited Bilbao for a wedding which then held their reception at this really nice spot. Right on Bilbaoâs beach with gorgeous sunsets most nights, this restaurant excels in providing yummy, exquisite food. Over three days, we ate a late lunch and a dinner in the dining room, and then were treated to a 6-course feast at the wedding reception. Every meal, every item served was well prepared, presented nicely, and was wonderfully tasty. We are planning a cruise that will see us in Bilbao next spring and we WILL eat here again! If you have the option for a place to eat in the area surrounding Bilbao, choosing Tamarises Izarra will make you very happy!

Wonderful midday luncheon experience at Regi's new purpose-built premises in Urduliz. Five star treatment and decor: excellent cuisine and service. As to be expected, the restaurant was full (50+ seating). Two of us paid 32 euros each for a really splendid six-course selection of dishes plus delicious entrées and wine. Regi has a very enticing à la carte selection which most certainly will be tried on the next visit. Five star all the way.

Very beautiful place with a very interesting meal changing very often as they use season products.They are very warm people and fares are very OK, I mean, you can eat a lot and everything is so good that nothing seems to be expensive.I recomend it without any doubt.

The entrance to this beach bar, once you find it, doesnât display a welcome, but a list of things that arenât allowed... the barely veiled hostility towards guests continues inside with indifferent bar staff, dim lighting and grubby tables. Prices seem very high, we paid over â¬7 for three tiny bottles of water. Unfriendly, unpleasant and slightly depressing.
