We received a warm greeting from the people working here and they were smiling the whole time. You could tell from the taste of the food they use good quality ingredients. The fresh garlic bread has thin slices of real garlic with oil and Italian herbs. My son really enjoyed his meat lovers pizza. The arancini rice balls were small but filled with authentic taste - meat, cheese, peas, tomato sauce, and rolled in toasty cornmeal. My veal francese was prepared just the way I like it with a real lemon taste, not too creamy, light egg batter, and tender cuts of meat. My kids ate all the penne pasta off my plate - it was so good. I don't like most Italian pizzeria restaurants in Pennsylvania because the food quality is awful, starting with horrible tomato sauce and overcooked pasta. I was quite surprised to find how good the food was here. Already making plans to return with my husband.

Went to Brick for Dinner...wife ordered a Gorgonzola salad which she said was excellent. I started with a coffee porter ( tasty but needed to be colder). Ordered my âgo toâ pizza, a Sicilian... first the good...pizza came out nice and hot & the cheese was good. The bad.... Sicilian pizza is thick crust, this wasnât, only slightly thicker than a regular Neapolitan, sauce was too sweet, & way too greasy. This is not the quality of pizza you should find this close to NY. Atmosphere??? Has none...

Consistently amazing Italian dinner delights. Homemade mozzarella cheese, stuffed mushrooms and veal parm are just a sampling of the goodness for over 30 years. We are so pleased to hear they are reopening after an abrupt announcement of retirement. Cannot wait to join them again for dinner.

Gotta agree with that review. Firstly we got an amazing vibe. Staff was uber friendly while being extremely professional. Thatâs wonderful. And the food was abundant.It was rather expensive, but that wouldve been ok if it was amazing. As Basherte said, it wasnt up to perfection standards in presentation or complexity.Will probably return, tho. Will just get something that is basic and be happy with that. Great vegetarian choices!!!!!

My friend and I both travelling from Australia, stayed in Bethlehem for a week to kill time before surprising my family on their holiday to the Bermuda. Googled some restaurants around the area and came across Rosanna's! Unfortunately on the first few days in Bethlehem it was closed, however we got to experience all Rosanna's had to offer on our last couple of days in Bethlehem. Great food and price, friendly customers and an amazing family!! (twins included, so cute!!!) The garlic knots are amazing, along with the pizza slices and the subs & salads! We will both be back whenever we find ourselves in America again & Bethlehem!!Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi.

My family has been coming to Sal's ever since it opened. After all these years I can say that the food does not disappoint. Hopefully Sal or Anna are there to say hello. This is consistent, New York style Italian food in an intimate setting. Also BYOB which is great. Worth the trip to Southside Bethlehem near Lehigh University.

We try to keep abreast of our LV's restaurants, but this is one that I just discovered in the past few weeks. Goodness knows how long it has been in Bethlehem, but we dined there last night and were very happy that we finally learned about its existence!Once we got there, we could see how people might never have noticed it. It's located in a residential area.......as far as we could tell, it had been a former home. It's quite small (but cozy), so arriving & departing patrons sometimes create a juggling act among seated diners to get into & out of the restaurant. That being said, we totally enjoyed our evening here! Our server was very friendly and took the time to repeat the "Specials" of the evening for my spouse. Service was good.....we're assuming that only a certain amount of time is allotted for each reservation???? We were definitely in & out of the restaurant within an hour, yet we didn't feel rushed.We love the fact that Tre Scalini is BYOB! Wish there were more restaurants in our area that offered this service.We shared the Mozzarella Napoleone for our appetizer ...........it was so delicious that next time, I think that I'd order it without the sharing. I was very happy with my Tre Scalini Bolognese entree.....homemade pappardelle, prepared perfectly "al dente", with a delicious Bolognese Sauce.....wonderful!!!! My spouse enjoyed a Special of the Day........a Seafood Cannelloni. Quite good!We also shared a mascapone-filled pastry.......don't remember the name of it, as it was a totally new dessert for us.......but it was over-the-top good! It was our first time here, but it will definitely not be our last.

I have eaten at this establishment before, Food is GREAT,, Parking Sucks....It is located in Old Bethlehem, where parking for the disable is non-existent ..Parking for Anybody is VERY limited at best.. I looked up the Menu on line, so I knew what I wanted to order.I double parked for a few minutes (not recommended) ordered my food, paid for it, and drove off.. Was told it would be about 15/20 minutes, (( I forgot to give the waitress my telephone number, she could have called me to tell me the order was ready)) After about 15 minutes, I started circling the block, waiting to see any waitress looking for me....When we finally connected, thru the passenger window, I made sure she received a tip for her efforts... She even threw in some garlic knots,,,off I went back to my hotel, only to find that I had no silverware.. Luckily, the hotel I was staying at has breakfast, so forks & knifes were not hard to find...

We are foodies. We were pleasantly surprised to find the food so exceptionally good and healthy at this lovely restaurant. My salmon withcous cous, fava beans and fiddlehead ferns was incredible, better than anything Iâve had in a very long time. We also ordered a delicious mushroom pizza which was excellent. Dessert, a ricotta cake, was amazing. Although we didnât drink that night, I noticed they have won accolades for their wine list. The price was also very good. I am confused as to why this is not rated more highly. It should be among the top five in this city. They also have a lovely outdoor patio.
