Tapas on Main

My family likes tapas. Given people's different tastes in food, a restaurant that has a wide array of tapas choices wins me over. The service at Tapas on Main was excellent. Training and professionalism comes through. Best however were the variety of tapas and entrees we could choose. We took a careful look at the menu then started ordering away! Everything was delicious, including the seafood items. We passed plates around and despite my ordering a margarita pizza, I got to try every tapas that was ordered. I had the best of both worlds. My son, who knows his wine, ordered a good wine that he was very familiar with and was very complimentary. My son and daughter-in-law chose the restaurant. The result: All of us, regardless of food preference, were rewarded! I look forward to returning...

Francisco's Salvadoreno Restaurant

Recently tried this restaurant in Bethlehem, based on positive reviews here on TripAdvisor and on Yelp. My girlfriend's brother lives in Bethlehem and we visit often and are always looking for new places to eat there. Since none of us had ever tried El Salvadorean food (and since my gf and her bro are from Puerto Rico and love anything latino), we were very much looking forward to trying it. We were not disappointed! The menu is simple yet fairly extensive, with what I was assured by the owner was authentic El Salvo fare, as well as "mexican" staples like burritos and quesadillas. The pupusas were dynamite! Very different from any other latin "torta" that I've had. We had the "mixed", which was pork, cheese and beans. We each two and they were quite filling. My gf's brother then had the tripe soup, which was HUGE and he gobbled the whole bowl down in what seemed like minutes. GF and I both had the fried yuca (cassava) appetizer, hers with chicarrone (fried pork) and mine with pollo (chicken) and it was delicious (the tamarindo to drink is also very good). The service was very good and the food took no time at all to bring out. The entire bill (with tip) was barely over $40 and that's a lot of food for that small amount. We will be going there again and again....

Stopped here for a quick Mexican food fix. I must have a low carb diet so I was worried. However they serve tacos with a bibb lettuce wrap. And their tacos are only $2.00 each and there’s several different flavors and meats. I had the steak and chicken tacos with lettuce wrap and they were extremely delicious! Pleasantly surprised. Fresh real food. Not chain crap. Highly recommended.
