As we were staying in a hotel nearby and based on the 4 star rating on Tripadvisor, we decided to give this place a try. It was a big disappointment - by far the worst place we ate in two weeks in Tenerife.Despite dining at 8:30pm, we were pretty much the only table in the restaurant (never a good sign). The staff were friendly enough, but the decor and vibe of the place is very old-fashioned. The menu is extensive, but we didn't find the food to be great. Some dishes were okay, but others less so. In particular, I was not convinced that the assorted grilled fish and seafood I ordered was particularly fresh and I ended up leaving quite a lot of it.It isn't cheap and there are much better places to eat around Puerto de la Cruz. We would avoid in the future.

Visited last night on a âdate nightâ with my wife for the first time. Driven past several times as we lost el nearby and thought must try there some time. Well so glad we went. We had starters to share( served separately) of croquettes of the day (bacon last night) and deep fried Brie. My wife chose the lamb and me the chicken. Both were delicious and just enough to satiate our hunger. Then raspberry mouse and creme brûlée for sweet. The white house wine I had by the glass was good. We finished off with two zaperoco coffees. The whole bill was very reasonable given the taste and presentation. The service was excellent and not intrusive. The only reason I did not rate it with 5 stars was there was no atmosphere on the Tuesday night as we were the only ones in there, till we were joined by another family at an adjoining table. I suggest coming at the weekend where you no doubt will need to book. You can eat outside or inside. I would rate this Restaurant as better than Titoâs nearby in Puerto. Definitely a Restaurant for a special night and to take friends. â

The initial impressions do make you wary. The outside area could best be described as unpretentious but donât be put off by that you are about to discover a little gem. When you sit down outside and look in you see a clean open modern kitchen where the food is cooked and prepared and you are greeted by smiling friendly people. The place is busy and the atmosphere is good. The menu isnât extensive but it is interesting. Our food was well cooked and well presented. The lemon chicken with couscous deserves special mention. The lemon chicken was lovely and subtle unlike many Chinese equivalents, the couscous and almonds was a good combination and the tsatziki was the final piece to a really good dish.The value was also excellent. Itâs only small we were lucky to get a table on walk in maybe advisable to book. If I could rate it 4.5 I would.

My sister and I came across this restaurant looking for tapas and a sangria well we found it. Sebastian welcomed us and offer us some great suggestions, will definitely go back before we leave. Tapas, sangria and service was great. The price was great compared to other places that we look at, you will not be disappointed.

It was Easter Sunday and we were due to go back to the airport later that day, we chanced upon this place and decided to try the menu of the day. The waiter was so helpful, the wine (I' m not a wine person) was rather nice and the meal was absolutely delicious. I didn't want to eat for the rest of the day in case I spoilt the lovely memory of it all. The only disappointment was that we hadn't discovered this place earlier as we had been b&b and we would never had gone back to all the other places we had been to. You really must find this place.

Very pleasant place with extremely friendly and professional staff. Itâs small and cozy- nicely decorated. Kitchen is transparent (closed with a glass) so you can see inside but it doesnât smell. I had the salmon and it was very very delicious. Also great selection of wines. The price of main dishes vary between 14 and 20 Euro and is very much worth it vs the quality of food and the way it is prepared. As always Con Pasion didnt disappoint. 2 visits with the wife in september, excellent service and food, beautiful wines, great prices. Spotless premises and fantastic knowledgeable staff. Chefs mixed platter for 2 is just SUPERB !!!! Nothing I didnt like on the platter at all, even the seafood was delicious and I dont normally eat seafood, sont know what chef did but it was fantastic!
