Reviewed By SunvaskiGreat location at the foot of the nursery slopes. Clean and warm. Equipped well for self catering as a couple, Excellent we love this place. Right in the centre of the village , close to ski-school and lifts, remarkably quiet and peaceful at night even though it is close to bars and restaurants. Ski hire next door too!

Reviewed By Stafford_13Friendly and efficient staff. Decent sized room with small bathroom and tiny shower with no light. Old, wooden furniture. Window opens to air the room. Our room looked over an abandoned patio area. Wifi erratic in room. Quiet at night. Poor breakfast: Industrial bread, industrial jams--nothing fresh. Parking in front of hotel on street. Expensive for what you get.

Reviewed By Happiness07012327309We didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant twice during our 3 night visit to Valberg. Very welcoming and generous hosts and cosy setting. Delicious, authentic mountain food and desserts to die for! Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Reviewed By Rein-GourmandAgain we choose for this residence hotel (no restaurant) because it allows us to choose whatever restaurant we go to. We were very pleasantly surprised with the top shows and drinks they provide each week. This time we had worlds most famous parrot show. I thought it was just for kids but I was wrong. Super for every age and free for the residents.

Reviewed By Petrus61We spent a week-end in the Chalet Sainte-Marie and had the most enjoyable stay. Georges was a courteous host and did its best to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were great with locally-made jams and eggs from the chicken of the house. We also took our dinner there and they were equally good. This is a real « table d’hôtes » where one can enjoy great moments with the other guests. All in all I can highly recommend the Chalet.
