Really nice place and great staff. You really feel welcome and surroundings are super! However..... the food and drinks feel a little « watered ». A little more effort would be welcome, not horrible but also not good.

We booked dinner for two and were surprised by the friendliness of the owner and the staff. The set menu was very reasonably priced and the portions were very generous (appetisers are well... unlimited!). The wine list was short but had excellent choices (we loved the red Mercurey). The desserts were outstanding.

Having been Valberg on several occasions in the past few years, we visited Le Refuge for a raclette or tartiflette and loved it. This time though it seems management changed and whilst the staff was very nice, we felt the food was not as good as it used to be. The tartiflette was mostly cream and potatoes with very little cheese.

This is a good lunchtime restaurant with a good menu at reasonable prices. The service was friendly and efficient and the food well prepared and plentiful. They served quite a large family group including young children with patience and understanding. Recommend.

What a little gem! Best place in the sun, gigantic sandwiches, scrumptious tartines with melted cheese, delicious crepes and more. On the piste, quick, easy fantastic food and very friendly staff. Le Blanchon got it all. It is such a great spot!

We stayed 5 days at the hotel in half board formule. Each evening a surprising starter, main course and dessert: very good quality and taste. Really good at a very acceptable price. A la carte the restaurant seems more expensive. In winter you can't reach the hotel by car: 150m through the snow (slightly up the hill) is the necessary effort to reach the special building, directly overviewing the Valberg ski slopes.

Went here without any expectations what so ever. Greeted by amazing staff, great atmosphere before even reaching our table. Food was REALLY good, fresh and tasty. Great variety of wines in all priceranges. If you are looking for good food served with a big smile (not always found in Valberg) just go here. We will be back!

We had a marvelous experience at L'Hermine Blanche. The tuna fish mi-cuit was perfect and I haven't had a better Iberic porc in my life. We know the chef for several years and never ever have been disappointed. For a real gourmand treat the best restaurant in Valberg

At la table d'Emilie you need to make a reservation, because the restaurant isn't that big and the food is amazing. They have several menu-options, but you have to make sure you have some cheese, their selection is so good.

The hosts is this small restaurant in Valberg were very friendly and accommodating.We opted for a menu option for cooking at the table. All in ingredients were of their nest quality and the restaurant was obviously a favourite withthelocalsdespotethelow season.Highly recommended.
