Reviewed By Kathryn DWe stopped here en route to Calais and it was an ideal stopover. The room was clean, spacious and had basic kitchen facilities should we have needed them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were travelling with two dogs and had a downstairs room close to an exit which was ideal. The staff recommended an excellent local restaurant where clients receive a discount on showing their room key. The only downside was that the Wifi in the room was not working. It was essential for us as we needed to complete a locator form. Fortunately as it was still not working the next day we were given acces to the office WiFi which served its purpose.

The room was clean and comfortable, Also the restaurant staffs they always respond my demanded, please thanks Mr. Nelson for the excellence service especially Amy the trainee from Thailand who gave me keen treat during my vacation. Thanks again for all your help with my sister and I am sure I will be back again.

Reviewed By AlekseyGrigWe, a family of four, stayed in this hotel one night in July 2021. In general the hotel quality is average. In a morning we were awaked when a member of staff (probably a cleaner) opened a door in our room. We were shocked such an inappropriate action of the hotel staff.

Reviewed By Carol PStayed overnight at this motel on our way back from The Alps. Thought we were going to have a disturbed night as walls are very thin but things quietened down by 11 o'clock ish. Breakfast was very good as expected but we were disappointed with the evening meal that we had prebooked. Didn't compare well with our stay at the Campanile in North Moulins where we ate in Le Restaurant. Our meal was at the Leon de Bruxelles chain next door and we felt like second class citizens with our meal voucher. Very limited choice which was not from the normal menu and portions were very small. Will make sure that any future bookings are at Campanile with Le Restaurant attached.

Reviewed By margareth700This hotel is currently being refurbished to a very high standard, the rooms were excellent, quiet, clean, very comfortable beds and excellent shower room and facilities. The continental breakfast choices are great, all bread and pastries warm and fresh. Excellent coffee from a machine and good (undiluted) fruit juices. Everything was of good quality and very fresh and tasty. As it is in the business district the restaurant is only open Monday to Friday 7 to 10 pm but there are quite a few places to eat nearby. It is close to the autoroute and is an ideal place for a one-night stop over.

Easy to find from freeway as well as Route Nationale. As we use this hotel only to sleep and have morning breakfast the small room with tiny bathroom fits us for one-night during the trip

Breakfast worth paying for. Safe parking. Lots of restaurants near by…mostly ‘American’ type as there is a big cinema complex. All easy to walk to.

Reviewed By mangochupao1 - The receptionist with the cool trainers was very nice, and very helpful. Firstly - our rooms were wrong. We had asked for a double and twin, and got two doubles. We had to ask for the correct rooms, and after some discussion, we were given the right rooms. Secondly - The rooms, apart from the beds, were dirty all over, some broken and worn furniture, stains, and general filth all over. The air-conditioning exit was utterly filthy and the filter had clearly never been changed. Reminded me of a cheap B&B in Glasgow, in 1990.. awful. Thirdly - we paid extra for breakfast. We were told that breakfast was between 8 and 10am. We came down at 9:15 and there was nothing left. No cereal, no bread, just a couple of pain au chocolats and a croissant. When my wife politely asked if there was more, she was rudely told that it was Saturday, and their supplies arrived on Monday, so they'd ran out. Not great when we have two hungry 12 year olds. Really, really disappointed. I didn't expect total luxury, just a decent place to stay overnight on a long journey. It cost me £130 altogether, absolutely terrible value for money. The website pictures really make the place look way, way, way better than reality. Avoid.

this one of the worst hotels ive ever spent a night in,and that includes travel in africa and east asia
