We're off I-40, a short walk from Baptist Health-North Little Rock and McCain Plaza. The Old Mill, Verizon Arena, and Dickey Stephens Park are within five miles. Downtown Little Rock is a 10-minute drive, home to the Clinton Library. Enjoy your in-suite kitchen, our indoor pool, and the fitness center. Daily breakfast and WiFi are on us.

Reviewed By whutt316Well, I don’t know really what to say. It’s a new hotel. I will never stay here again. We were on a family vacation and we’re staying here on our way home. When we arrived the hotel was busy, good sign. We made it to our room and on initial look, it looked good. Well that changed when I went into the bathroom. The toilet was separating from the floor. If you sat on it, it wobbled. When you flush a little water seeps out from the gap between the toilet and the floor. Yeah, sewer water. So I called down to the front desk, from the room phone. I spoke to a young man. I asked for a different room, he said this isn’t good because they were packed tonight and no other rooms available. So he asked if he could come up and look. I said sure. He came up and brought towels to place around the base of the toilet. He said I’ll have to mark that in the book. What book? I don’t know. I think it’s a fictional book. Maybe JK Rowling has it? I don’t know and apparently Hilton didn’t know either. We ended up just staying because we were tired from driving already 13+ hours. Next morning packed up brought our bags down to eat and the breakfast area was dirty. I said screw it and left and ate on the road at Chic Fil A. So then I contact Hilton, they reached out to management and management said I didn’t report it. So, I guess some random guy came up and brought me floor towels because he must’ve been the last guest to stay in that room? Hilton ended up refunding me the money not the local owner. So, yeah I highly recommend staying here only if you like sewer water on your bathroom floor and the solution be floor towels and if you like a dirty breakfast area AND if you enjoy being called a liar. If you love all that…totally stay here! If not, keep on looking.

Reviewed By SundncrThe hotel does free airport pickup. You have to call the hotel to get to the shuttle driver. The pick is across the street adjoining the terminal. The shuttle driver was not in the best of moods and I ignored it as it was free. The hotel is pretty widely laid out. I had to walk quite a bit to my room. It is laid out in a rectangular grid with a row of rooms in the middle. This is what makes it a long walk to your room. The room and bed linens seemed clean and fresh. I was only staying one night. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One is a steak restaurant billed to be the best in Little Rock. The other is a chain Japanese restaurant, Benihana. I had dinner at Benihana as it was open late. The food was not bad, but the fried rice was a bit too salty. Location is across the river from the main nightlife in Little Rock. There is walkway on the bridge to get there. The Clinton Presidential library, the River Market etc are just short drives away. The hotel is adjacent to a sports park. I don’t know for which sport. Reception desk is friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By Brandy SThe checkin clerk was welcoming and helpful. She was also pleasant and cheerful. The hotel is modern, beautiful, new, spacious and CLEAN! Room was as pictured but better. Bath was generous size as expected with normal amenities. Room had both a refrigerator and microwave. Downside was bathroom door was barn door style and did not lock which was not a problem for us but maybe for others who share a room. Room had welcome letter and personalized bottle of water. All encountered stay were friendly. Was not overly crowded. Bed was actually a Queen as described, comfortable. Linens were top grade. Plenty of seating and counter/desktop space. NO DRAWERS. Location was great for a variety of local restaurants and shopping. Safe location. Will stay on next trip to area.

Our hotel is off I-40, across the street from Baptist Health-North Little Rock and McCain Plaza shopping and dining. The Old Mill, Verizon Arena, and Dickey Stephens Park are five miles from our door. Downtown Little Rock and the William J. Clinton Library and Museum are within 10 minutes. We have an indoor pool, fitness center, and a gaming area.

But the real value of staying here is the clean, comfortable rooms. The hot breakfast in the morning is a plus, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, answering all questions and taking care of any issues as best they can.

If I has to book this hotel again I would. It's in a decent location. Right next to the mall and eating places. I wouldn't stay there for more than 7 days due to the traffic.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The beds were fantastic and the water pressure in the shower was perfection. Even though I was too busy to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, I had family members that did and they said it was fresh and hot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in north Little Rock.
