Excelent short stay hotel with service oriented staff
Reviewed By Meander519299- Clean rooms - Quick responses - High Integrity - Good breakfast options I thought I had lost my diamond earrings in the hotel and called back. Leon took very meticulous care of the problem and assured me that if it is in the hotel, I will get it back. He gave me a time to call back from the US and reported that it was not to be found but more importantly, he had checked in many places and with all the staff. It was reassuring that he had complete confidence that it was not there and this helped my anxiety. Lo and Behold! Once he assured me, I could look with a clearer mind and actually found it on my own scarf!! I called back to thank him and he was so kind to tell me once again that the hotel prides in its staff and service that he was sure I would have either lost it elsewhere or have it with me. This was also my experience while I stayed there. Such a trustworthy place. Thank you Leon and the staff.

Very simple hotel
Reviewed By LiorD77Very simple hotel. The room was OK. The rest room and the bath room are in separate areas, which is not comfortable. Breakfast was very basic. The stuff was very nice. However, only one representative was during the night.

Reviewed By keithmC3444ODGood location for exploring the town with attached free parking. Excellent breakfast with especially good coffee for a machine. Room slightly smaller than others we have had with Ibis but adequate. Staff helpful with bonus of good English.

Great value centrally located hotel.
Reviewed By Aussie49erWe stayed for 2 nights. Standard room was excellent. Everything we needed including a great shower and tea/coffee making facilities. The clincher was secure parking for 8 euros p/n. Street parking is difficult with mostly metered parking. The hotel also has an excellent French restaurant you will not be disappointed with. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Recommend.

Stayed here in the summer and that was a bit of a challenge with no AC and night temperatures well above 20°C. Amenities are reduced to the minimum and the place lacks hotel atmosphere. A good basic hotel for people on the road who want o stay close to the city center.

Reviewed By Marc_KarinHotel on walking distance from the center. Needs some refreshing and rooms are very warm and noisy. Staff is friendly (that is, with one exception) and they serve a good breakfast and provide a good lunch to take with you if you are hiking. Dinner in the evening was ok.

Situated in only 3 minutes of the city center and the main historic monuments, he(it) is ideally placed to prepare the departure for the Path(Way) of Santiago de Compostela and the Path(Way) of Stevenson. We propose you 22 completely equipped rooms(chambers) among which two are fitted out to welcome the people with reduced mobility. The hotel has a big free private parking lot and a space closed for motorcycle. At your disposal a TV living area and a WI-FI space in free access or you can taste(savour) on reservation a snack established(constituted) by farm produce of the Domain of the Board of Melussac or of local producers

Reviewed By Happytraveller2214Very friendly welcome and advice for our walk. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast with good friendly service. The parking lot is large and easy to park in. About a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to downtown. We would definitely go back!

accessed through a 15th century tower, are two parts of the building which protect a peaceful outdoor space. Wood, stone, chimneys, and beams help create a sense of the past while the modern decor provides a more contemporary ambiance. Our house is located in the center of the historic quarter and surrounded by beautiful lanes of the old city of Le Puy-en-Velay.

Particularly appreciated a last minute change to a lower level room when the hosts noted our struggles with the circular staircase and baggage. Free parking a block away and good info on how to find it via booking.com email. WiFi good enough for streaming (on lower courtyard level). Basic breakfast. · Not for the physically challenged. Very solid bed (though it's true that it's pretty standard in France). Do communicate with the hosts before arrival re whether stairs will be an issue and whether a less hard bed is preferred (they apparently have one upstairs).

Beautiful accommodations; fantastic host

The room and the shared spaces are beautiful; the view our over Le Puy-en-Velay is unrivaled; and host Yohann is the best! He remembered little details about what we enjoyed at breakfast from our previous stay and made sure they were there for us this time. By the way, the breakfast is superb and fresh.
