Reviewed By AndyC888888Stayed here every year for almost ten years and this hotel has never let us down. The staff can speak in English, which is a great help compared to my poor French. The food is always good. Great selection on menu and also specials board. If your greedy like us the three course option will satisfy the hungriest traveller. Rooms are always clean and a good nights sleep.

What a shame, well located and in desperate need of renovation and new staff
Reviewed By Kelly mThe hotel is well located and has an outdoor pool. The tram into town is a 2 minute walk. The hotel has parking. Now for the issues- not all rooms are air con., the bathroom floods out to the carpet, the hotel just looks like it has seen better days. The front desk staff the first day was helpful. When we complained about the no air con they acted like well didnt you know that only a few rooms have it. How does a hotel only have a few rooms with air con? The breakfast was good, but the staff could not wait to get you out of there as quickly as possible and dont even think about sneaking an extra coffee once the breakfast time is up. I am hopeful that Kyriad will renovate and bring this hotel up to todays standard but until then I would not stay here again.

Reviewed By Michael MLike most of Premiere Classe hotels this Hotel was great for a stopover on our way to Spain. Breakfast was good but the price is always the winner. Clean and spacious rooms and no problem with access to rooms when arrived at 4am

A great hotel, a great staff and a wonderful location
Reviewed By Greg GThis is a great, clean, quiet place to use as a base for exploring the Loire valley. We had a wonderful stay, took the tram to Tours daily, and found the most charming farmer's market on Sunday morning while on a stroll through town. The staff is all French-speaking only, but they are the most gracious folks you'll ever have the pleasure to meet.

The indoor heated swimming-pool, sauna, hammam and spa, are the advantages of this quiet hotel. Located near the "Lac des Bretonnieres".Close to the city center. Easy access from the A10 motorway, exit N°24. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. The restaurant will be closed on the 24th December 2019 for dinner. The swimming pool and SPA area will be close from the 06th to the 10th January 2020 for annual cleaning.
Good hotel convenient for motorway
Reviewed By robertnM1682CVA very comfortable one night stop on journey across France. Excellent facilities, Effective Covid 19 protection measures in place. We had a lovely meal with good wine on the outside terrace. Breakfast was necessarily reduced to a pre prepared pack because of Covid 19 but this was very fresh and could be had in your room or as we did on the outside terrace.

The most unprofessional hotel !
Reviewed By kamakshi2015We the family of 5 had booked ourselves for night break on our way from London to Bordoux on August 6 night . We paid the amount and got confiarmation .On reaching the hotel around noon we were looking for a restful night at the reception we were told that there are no rooms ! We were told that they will try but after 40 minutes of wait finally we were asked to continue our travel because they had rooms for us . As we were pulling out we noticed a tourist bus driving in and the bus full of tourists were getting down - a bus full of tourists are more important to this hotel then a family of 2 young kids and senior citizen ! Most unprofessional way to deal with guests who have confirmed reservations . Avoid if you can or else you will have the same fate as us being turned away after a long travel !

Convenient stop
Reviewed By TyzllmyneWe stopped here on the way south after a longish day (and opted to stay here again on the way back. It is cheap and cheerful and literally just off the main road. Our rooms were both on the ground floor, so easy access and you can usually park your car right outside. There is free wifi. We decided not to have breakfast. The room was a reasonable size with heating (it was needed in May). The bed was comfortable and there is little noise from the main road.The bathroom was good and spacious and the shower was good as well. If it appeals, there is a MacDonalds just on the other side of the road.

Lovely stay
Reviewed By 329claireStayed 2 nights at this property and the beginning and end of our cycling trip around Loire Valley. The property itself is lovely and perfectly situated to enjoy a trip to the Loire Valley. Denis was really helpful in getting us started on our trip with some great recommendations. The rooms were really comfortable and the breakfast was great. Much nicer to support small local businesses than large hotels and a much nicer service.

Reviewed By Andrea_FI_11Nonostante le poche recensioni (su tripadvisor forse neanche una) ci siamo fidati ed abbiamo fatto benissimo! La zona è fuori dal centro e traffico di Tours, comoda per visitare i dintorni ed i castelli. Il parcheggio è lungo la strada adiacente la casa, non abbiamo avuto problemi particolari a trovarlo. Eventualmente i proprietari aprono il cancello ed è possibile parcheggiare nel loro vialetto. La casa è molto bella, si entra da un cancello laterale e si apre subito un grande giardino, nel quale si staglia una casa elegante, borghese. Ci ha accolto la proprietaria, una donna francese molto carina e premurosa. Parla un inglese basico quindi, noi che non parliamo francese, non abbiamo avuto problemi a comunicare. La stanza, così come la sala colazione e la casa in generale è molto curata, fin nei dettagli. Si vede che i proprietari curano molto l'accoglienza. Nonostante nei giorni in cui vi abbiamo soggiornato, di giorno a Tours ci fossero 30 gradi, la sera la stanza era fresca e stavamo bene. La colazione ottima: latte, caffè, dolci e marmellate fatte in casa, spremuta. Un paio di pomeriggi ci siamo rilassati qualche minuto all'ombra degli alberi in giardino. Dovessi ritornare in queste zone, sceglierei di nuovo questo posto.
