Food was delicious and we recommend the fish of the day and moules .Kids menu was good value. great views good service. There is also a tapas menu and bar. So lots of choice of type and style.Looks good for couples, families , and group. We will definitely come again!

Took a large party (16!) for moules frites, good service and mussels with really nice frites. Overlooking the sea and bathed in sunshine (beware when the sun gets lower you may struggle to see!)Will definitely return.Thank you very much for your message! As seasonal workers in Lacanau, we come to this place very often. We climb three floors up where you can see an amazing view to the see side and enjoy the esthetic holiday ambience. Alcohol free cocktails are 6⬠each and the ones with some are 8â¬. The price is absolutely worth the quality as they are all made with so much care and love. Special thanks to barman Miguel who is very creative and can make any cocktail you want according to your favourite alcohol flavours. Cocktails arrived on time and were full of flavour and fresh fruit. A top holiday spot, been here many times and looking forward to come back.

Visited La Cabane whilst on holiday with my family. I loved the atmosphere, the environment and the staff were delightful. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. The steak and the prawns were the best of the meals ordered.When we arrived we were sure we would be back but when we left we were sure we would not be. Definitely not bad just not great and there are plenty or restaurants to choose from.

Warning - this is popular and busy so be prepared for the possibility of a wait for a table even on a September lunch time.Itâs popular because itâs well styled as a surf shack, itâs overlooking the beach and the surfers and the food is good. The lady âmaitre Dâ was rushed off her feet and very good at her job. There was, I grant you, one waiter who was a little too laid back to be described as good but hey, this is for surfer dudes!Food and drinks are good (we had lovely big salads) and reasonably priced especially given the location.Definitely worth a visit (or two)

Went for Lunch time burgers and fries with the family and they did not disappoint. BBQ and Californian burgers were really tasty while the kids had cheeseburgers. Fries were lovely and my 6 year old enjoyed playing on the fuz ball table while we waited for our meal to arrive. Staff were really friendly, I will be returning.

The food was very delicious, although we expected a more traditional French cuisine. Therefore our expectations were not fully met. Staff, location and atmosphere were however great. Since we visited outside of main season and there were plenty of free seats the sequence of starter, main dish and desert was yet way too fast. This could have been a bit more relaxed. In total really nice place with great food - if you are looking for traditional french dishes you will be disappointed.

We ate the best meal of our 3 weeks in France here. 2 fish dishes and a duck-burger, fantastic. The staff were great too. Highly recommended!
