Sat outside this restaurant, which wasn't much to look at. Hardly anyone was eating but I think we were a bit early by spanish standards. Food was very reasonably priced and the portions were hugh so try not to over order like we did.Waiting staff were nice, although no english so be prepared to either wave your arms around or speak spanish. It is set on a main road so sitting outside is not the best. The food arrived it was hot, and very tasty. So all in all, good value, nice food and loads of it but little atmosphere and not the best setting.

Early birds will find the restaurant empty even if the online reservation doesn't show availabilities. The service is friendly and baby friendly. Tapas and seafood are good. A place you won't try for its atmosphere or the prepared dishes. Tuna a la plancha or the salmon tastes a little ... Frozen. In a nutshell, meat, seafood, and fresh fish is the goto in the too large carte selection. Try the grilled boquerones. Group friendly.

Great staff and nice location close to the beach, where you can sit inside or outside. They are efficient and nice, speak English and Spanish. Very good food from vegetarian burger, to risotto and delicious desserts. We loved sitting out on the terrace which has a tree grown in such a way as to make an actual roof. It felt magical. While our waiter at first seemed to forget about us sitting in the corner, once reminded that we hadn't ordered yet, he couldn't do enough to make it up to us. The food was great and there was an included after dinner drink and a sweet. This place is an experience and not just a meal. I'd love the chance to go back.

Having spent almost a week in Gava Mar we happened on this fine restaurant almost by chance when returning from another and seeing it down a side street. The steak dishes were superb. We also had starters each but could easily have shared one as they were both substantial.

We stopped here (4 adults 2 children under 3) very friendly service, perfect English plus several other languages are spoken by the owners. We had 2 savoury crepes and 2 baguettes both were prepared fresh & tasted delicious. We also had a coffee each, the bill came to â¬28 incl IVA & tip. We will be back as family live within walking distance, don't know why not visited before but will be back.Thank you Dereck for your visit and you comment hope to see you soon!Béa & Jorge

There are not many good restaurants in Gava but we tried this one and we were not disapointed. There was a good choice of wines, not too expensive and the food was very good. I went to this restaurant with a friend who lives nearby. The food is excellent and they know how to prepare it. We asked some artichokes with ham and foie as entree and then I asked the roasted baby goat back that was really impressive. The wine was also very good.We were served very nicely during the whole time, and final bill was low compared with the quality of the products.A place to go as often as you can.

Popped in for a late lunch but missed the serving time. Lovely lady offered alternatives. Had a great pita bread with filling and a glass of wine. Both great and only 3.50â¬. After hearing the story behind their existence (I.e. Helping the out of work locals regain their self worth and getting them back into the work place with pride) I was truly humbled......in a very good way. A bargain and great tasting food. Will have to visit again some time to enjoy a full meal. Well done to you all. You will go from strength to strength.
