We happened upon coffee and cocktails whilst looking for a quiet drink later on in the evening and were drawn in by the quiet ambiance and available tables outside. Then we realised we'd stumbled upon something really rather wonderful when we spotted the drink selection.Its a little gem if you want to treat yourself to some delicious premium spirits, well made cocktails and a charming host. The espresso martini was easily one of the best I've ever tasted, never mind in Cambodia. Bob (the owner) is an absolute delight - so welcoming and knowledgeable. The definition of a perfect host.Glasses, bar and bathrooms are scrupulously clean and as it is located on a quieter street, no constant traffic noise or blaring music.If you're in Kampot, drop in for a (very fine) coffee or a cocktail or three.

We stopped by at Douceurs almost every day during our 4 days in Kampot. Super location, friendly staff, great coffees and traditional french style tarts - the sandwich selection and breads looked good too.

After travelling for months Kampot is a great spot for good food and drinks but this place is over any expactations. Have a great selection of healthy and fresh food, my favourites are oyster mushrooms and broccoli toast and pink bulgur salad and the rest of the dishes seems great. But to be honest real game changer for me is their drink selection especially their juices. every single day of our visit in Kampot we came to this place to drink Red Alert (lovely beetroot combination) and turmeric latte.It might seem a little bit expensive according to southeast Asia but trust me it's worthy for that satisfying portions and great flavour. I had the beef taccos and they where really good. The Owner cooks the beef for the taccos for 6 hours like his Mexican grandmother used to do it. Tasty guacamole and spicy salsa. If you are done with all the pizza and burgers you should give it a shot.

We stopped for a fresh pineapple and ginger juice and an avocado coconut ginger shake, and stayed for hours chatting and enjoying the relaxing terrace. The staff were so friendly, spoke great English, and brought us treats and glasses of water. Itâs a music/art cafe with loads of veggie options, and helps train people to give them more opportunities. Really worth the visit.

Wow. This place blew me away. Amazing vegan, gluten free pancakes with so many syrups to choose from. A huge vegan menu available too! The owner was also so lovely and made me feel very welcome as a solo female traveller. I'll be coming back for every meal while I'm here! Honestly do not miss eating here!!

great garden setting, lovely and attentive staff. yummy homemade cakes. delicious breakfasts varying from khmer-style fried pork to big german breakfasts with sausage. they bake their own bread. daily lunch special. full lunch menu and snacks - and even a very good glass of red wine!!!!! fantastico!!!!!

A tiny bit out of town (10 min walk), but a beautiful place, amazing coffee, yummy fresh juices and absolutely delicious foodcanât wait to go back for breakfast. I hate the feta/potato fritters with eggs and my partner had the chicken fajitas, so filling and soo so yummy â¤ï¸Thankyou guys will see you in the morning for breakfast

We really enjoyed the stay at simple things restaurant. It was no problem to get a table without any reservation. Every meal we had was delicious. Free water!! And also some card games which we played before our food was served. Sometimes the music was a bit too loud, but I would recommend this place in case you really like veggie/vegan food !

I dropped in here in desperate need of a coffee and to my utter astonishment found that amongst their delicious cakes was a gluten free option to go with it!Of course I had to have it and Iâm so glad I did. It was a flourless chocolate fudge cake and it was GOOD and paired very well with my latte.Afterwards I went upstairs to their shop and browsed around at all the artwork and handmade souvenirs on display. A wonderful cause, interesting works, good food and a friendly vibe. Well done!
