Reviewed By HolgerG909The term boutique hotel is misleading. It’s a small budget hotel in the city center. No elevator. No wifi in the room, spotty wifi in public areas. Free filipino set menu breakfast, e.g. longanisa, egg, rice, instant coffee. Tried to eat at the hotel Restaurant at 9:15pm - the cook went home early - no food available. The front desk staff then suggested Mc Donalds or Jollibee takeout. Rooms are clean, you need to ask for extra towels. Free water is provided.

Don't expect too much for the price you pay. 4. The cleaning of the room is by request. That is why they don't have the do not disturb door signs. Cons: 1. If there is a choice between a junior suite (rm. 4) and an executive suite (rm. 5 and 6) and the price is right, go for the executive suite because it is bigger. 2. I saw a small live cockroach in the bathroom (rm.4) 3. The rainfall and hand held shower heads have molds (rm. 4) 4. The bidet water head also has some mold (rm. 4) 5. The junior suite (Rm. 4) is really small for a queen bed which takes over the whole room. No place to put your luggage. 6. I first booked a junior suite for the first 3 nights and 4 nights were booked on the executive suite. They were not able to give me the executive suite to some mix-up in their booking. I had to have a discussion with the manager (I think she's the owner too) Ms. Elaine to see what they will do about it. At first I was promised she'll fix it but on the day of my move to the executive suite they want me to just stay on the junior suite. After some back and forth with Ms. Elain and a bit of minor arguing they just gave me a 10% discount on the remainder of my stay, Even though that ruined my expectations to have a bigger room, I don't want to be unfair.

Nice, cozy place for work/staycation
Reviewed By indietaboWent there for a workshop. Brought along my kid. Twas a good hotel, with the staff following health protocols so we felt safe. The wifi in our room was not that strong so it was a bit frustrating esp when I was working at night. Still, the place was ok. The wifi in the workshop area was ok. Aircon was soooo cold, we had to request it to be shut down for a few hours. There's a pool in the hotel but because of the recent advisory by the Dept of Health and the Ofc of the Mayor, we weren't allowed to use it. Hot and cold shower working properly (I have to say that coz for some hotels this feature usually dont work when there's a lot of guests in the hotel). The hygiene kit didn't cotton buds though hehe.

A newly renovated 6 bedroom house with 5 rooms set up for double occupancy and 1 good for 4 people. It is located a few minutes walk away from a church, a park, the provincial capitol, Legazpi city hall and several food establishments as well as a grocery. It is just 5 minutes away from the airport and central bus terminal.

Within walking distance from restaurants and several fast food outlets some of which are open 24/7. Breakfast is available on order (the night before) and is cooked in-house b the staff -- no longer ordered from a nearby eatery like it used to be. . A steel gate that is always locked makes the rooms secure. But you have to remember to press the door bell everytime you go out so that someone can lock after you. A water dispenser for both hot and cold water in a common area will be very convenient so the guest do not have to bother the staff everytime you need hot or cold water.

Reviewed By reynagacityMe and my wife checked in last December, as the title goes the place seems so empty of clients, the windowless rooms are small but clean, w/ secured lock, clean bedsheets, cabled tv w few channels, airconditioned but not so strong, clean cr w hot & cold, long dark hallways, with free breakfast in a lounge with view sana ng dagat but blocked by concrete, easy to book for just the right price. overall, just ok,

He even dropped us off to Albay Pili nuts for souvenir shopping. Honesty store is a plus too!! It was indeed a great experience for us. The tents are cute, the vibe is cozy and is definitely a place where you go out of your comfort zone!! You can also view the majestic beauty outside you room. We stayed in the dove room on the rooftop btw! Without AC but place is very comfy!! Will definitely be back!!!

Reviewed By Jose Ceste hotel o aprtelle como le llaman los Philippinos es un lugar apartado de la poblacion, debe uno tomar un taxi o jeep y para mi gusto y economia un triciclo, el cobra 30 pesos o sea como 90 centavos de Dollar, la vista es maravillosa el espacio inigualable, el servicio amigable , destaca la limpiesa, los precios son muy accecibles aproximadamente25 dolares por noche, las manana son fracas y con una vista maravillosa, si se quiere visitar el Mayon ahi hay transporte por triciclos, muy economicos, un gran lugar para descansar y conocer personas, por las noches es un verdadero placer compartir con otros huespedes las aventuras y experiencias, altsmete recomedable por su ambiente, precio y vista
