Ok.. im supposed to give it 5 stars for the food and ambiance. But.. the place is too cramped. Always full and too cramped makes me lower the stars. But.. logic dictates.. popular places with good food are almost always full. So... just be warned and dont expect too much when it comes to spaciousness... just go for the food and you will be fine.hahaha

This is the restaurant I run to when I cant think of anywhere else to eat. Place is set up like a cafeteria where you choose food that's already cooked and ready to serve. Food is home-style, nothing fancily plated. The owner is the friendliest lady I have ever known and even the staff are just as friendly.

The Employees of this restaurant in this branch doesn't know the word RESPECT
when a customer is eating, always say 'Excuse me would you like some water?' or
when a customer asks for water always say 'Excuse me' NOT JUST RANDOMLY shoves the damn glass of water and a certain employee in this branch is very rude.
NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
The Food here is average.

Serves really delicious, hot, sizzling food that smokes up and melts in your mouth!
Their beef salpicao with garlic rice (P159) for me in particular is to die for. And to finish it up with cold pineapple juice (+P20) after a hot day just hits the spot!

Different hot and cold coffee concoctions available in varying sizes. Cakes, breads and cookies are also there to accompany your favorite drink. The place is spacious enough (2 levels), and has several tables al fresco. A good place to sit and relax while enjoying your favorite brew when in Legazpi City.

The name "Sibid-SIbid" refers to an outrigger canoe that is used in fishing villages. Since their debut in 2009 Sibid-Sibid Food Park has become a favorite among locals and tourists who visit Legazpi City. Apart from an amazing menu filled with healthy seafood dishes, the restaurant is also known for its unique fishing village architecture and ambiance, notable hospitality, and amazing food at reasonable prices.

My family dined here after hours of visiting attractions in Albay. This was recommended by our locale tour guide Christian Gray. Yes, you read it right. His name is really similar that of the ever-drooling 50 shades character. He is a guide at Bicol Adventure ATV and he surely knows all the amazing attractions in Albay. Anyway, back to Sibid-Sibid. We didn't know if we were just too hungry from a day's tour or that their food is just that great but for me, everything we ordered was great. Their tinutungang manok was way beyond what we eat at 1st Colonnial. Their tinolang manok was so tasty. Their pinangat, even the mixed veggie salad, which is only steamed, really tasted very good. Even the adobong kangkong, the tastiest one I've ever tasted. Their sizzling mixed seafoods, equally delicious. Everything was delicious. We really had no leftovers. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations to the highest.
This resto is a must visit in Albay and if we ever go back again, I will surely eat here not only once.

The purpose of my first visit to Waway’s Restaurant was to conduct an ocular inspection for a group outing. I decided to try out their food prior to the event.
Waway’s Restaurant is along the main road and it was easy to go to. The driver of the tricycle that I rode knew where it was. It was a short distance from the Embarcadero Hotel where I stayed.
The cost of buffet lunch or dinner is Php 250. I was able to pay for my meal using my credit card. At that price, I did not anticipate much from the restaurant; I definitely got more than what I expected. First, the restaurant was comfortably air-conditioned. Second, I was able to charge my gadgets using the outlet by my table. Third, the restaurant personnel are courteous and welcoming; they even helped me bring my dipping sauce, soup and drink to my table. Lastly, the food did not disappoint.
The cost includes unlimited refills of drinks, and coffee. Ice cream is available but is not included in the amount paid. Their Bikolano viands include pinangat, laing, Bicol express. There were other numerous viands to choose from: ox tripe kare-kare, dinuguan, fried shrimp, lumpiang Shanghai, bopis, sweet and sour fish, fried rice, steamed rice, and soup. They had some sort of appetizer are where they served Filipino salad and assorted fried crispy veggies with various dipping sauces—catsup, mayonnaise, homemade thousand Islands dressing, guinamos, soy sauce, vinegar, etc. Please note though that their menu may change from time to time, as I observed during my next two visits to Waway’s.
Expect that the food has extenders to increase volume; the dinuguan had some vegetables (sayote, I think) added to it. I love their ox tripe kare-kare and their pinangat. I liked their Bicol express because there was more chili than pork in it. Dessert (except the ice cream) is also unlimited; it included coffee jelly, buko pandan jelly, and DIY halo halo with the following choices of ingredients: ube, milk, yellow gelatin, red gelatin, beans, pinipig, and sweetened banana.
For its price, I think it was worth it.

We all love desserts and it's interesting how every region has an original take on Halo-halo with a variety of ingredients, type of milk, and different levels of sweetness. This famed Halo-halo's unique flavor is generous amount of shredded cheese toppings. The balance of sweetness and salty flavor gave DJC a good name.
A friend actully recommended that we shouldn't skip DJC. We were still full from our Lunch but we seized to indulge on this cheesy goodness. The Anatomy of a Supreme Halo-halo:

Other merienda options includes Palabok and DJC is also known for its Toasted Pork Siopao. According to the staff, DJC is derived from the initials of the owner.
They are open from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

The food, there is nothing much to shout about. However, the atmosphere is very comfortable. If you like outdoor side walk cafe sitting, it is available. Service is of course, hotel standards. Portions are not big
