What a beautiful spot this is to enjoy lunch in a few different rooms with a stunning outdoor area as well.A great menu my salmon was cooked to perfection.A great salad and veggie bar included with all main meals.Complimentary icecream for dessertThe decor just beautiful

We were celebrating a late Father's Day Lunch with my wife's father and mother. We'd booked a table for 4 a few days before we arrived. When we got there, the staff were really friendly and helped us find our table. We mentioned that we'd be using the "Entertainment Book" voucher and asked if there was anything that we couldn't use the voucher for, and were told it's all good, nothing will invalidate the voucher - great news for us, as we've been to restaurants that say their specials board can't be used in conjunction with the voucher.We all ordered our meals and were very pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes... They are generous to say the least. The food was tasty and fresh. The small salad bar added to the dining experience with fresh produce. We enjoyed the lunch we had. The area is clean and well lit. My only constructive feedback would be to ask why they didn't serve sparkling water - but hey, if that's all I had to add about making it better, then its just a really small thing. This is a great value for money experience even if you don't have an "Entertainment Book" voucher.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times now and they have great quality food with unique variations to standard pub meals. Staff are very friendly and accommodating too. Excellent selection from the salad bar (including potato bake). Playground and video games available for the kids too. Also in the entertainment book.

Drinks came straightaway, then we ordered our Sunday lunch, both having roast beef. After ordering we were asked if we wanted garlic bread. It came about the same time as the unexpected free rolls, which would have been plenty. The roasts were good when they eventually came over half an hour later. The restaurant was far from full but they did have a couple of functions going on in other rooms. Costs were reasonable in this modern pub and the service was friendly but could have been better on the day.Hi Bob D,We're sorry to hear that this was your experience when visiting us! I booked a room as I had a family funeral to attend nearby. After the funeral about 20 relatives joined me for dinner in the bistro. The food and service was excellent. Lucky we got there early as the bistro ended up full on a Tuesday night. The venue also has a sports bar, TAB facilities, gaming room, entertainment and a bottle shop. The room was adequate for me, very comfortable. I would definitely come here again.

Had dinner here with friends last night. All chose eye fillet steaks, three medium rare and one medium, served with chips and gravy. Cooked to perfection. Good selection of hot vegetables and salads to accompany meals from the salad bar. Good drinks menu and desserts as well. Used our Entertainment Card vouchers, so it was buy one meal and the second was complimentary. Excellent service. Had a great night out.

Service was great, we had about 20 people and there were no problems. Coffee was good, The food was sensational, Surroundings were basic, and comfortable, Nice Americana murals on the walls. I had the grand canyon burger YUM!!!! friend had the 1/2 ribs massive!! can't wait to go again. Well done team!!

The Fox & Firkin have done a great job with this pub. It’s a very authentic British pub with some excellent renovations to make it comfortable and somewhat modern.You won’t find your standard Hahn or great northern on tap here, but instead you’ll find British selections such as speckled hen.The food is fantastic here too. Bit more pricey for a pub, but it’s not just pub grub. The meals here are restaurant quality. Although $20 is expensive for a pie, the beef & guiness pie is freaking unbelievable!!!Suitable for functions upstairs or outside in undercover area. Also lots of seats outside and undercover too. Heating outside for cold nights too.

The (red) wine list is excellent - a big range and many available by the glassThe menu is extensive and the food very very good , all 6 of us were happy with our meals . Vegetable and salad bar a bonus !For a suburban pub, this is top shelf .

A lovely building, great restaurant setting, but oh so let down by food options. Pizzas and burgers the main food choices, and these were ordinary, small, not even accompanied by chips. Ordered a BLT sandwich, that was a kid size serve no chips. Pizzas didn’t look too bad. But only small size. Good coffee. Hopefully the managers of this establishment will look at better food options and fill those empty seats. Don’t both unless u only want a snak type eat. Could do so much better.
