We went there for our anniversary dinner. Was not let down at all. I had the salmon with baby shrimp and a hoilday sauce on top of it. Hubby had the Spencer steak which was very tasty. Our meal came with a nice tossed salad with their house dressing with bread, aspargus with our choice of potatoe or rice. We each had a drink which was mixed just to our liking. Never disappointed eating here.

This is a small "coffee stand" type burger restaurant. The menu has many options including a Bison Burger. The service is quick and friendly. The burgers are fantastic. The drawbacks to this restaurant are the limited hours of operation and very limited seating (only two outside tables). This is why I chose to rate only as very good as in all other ways it is excellent. When open this is a great close to the freeway stop.

My husband and I went here for dinner on a Wednesday night. We enjoyed our meal which was a fondue of basil soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. Both were delicious. The atmosphere is quaint and the service was really good. Plus a nice selection of wines or beer. We will be back.

We are in Ontario for a couple days to register our car and wait for the snow storm to pass. We stopped here for dinner and was VERY happy with our meals. I had the blue cheese Ribeye steak and my wife had the coconut shrimp. Both meals were great. The staff was attentive and helpful. Thatâs great to hear! Those are definitely two of our most popular items. Thanks so much for the five star review! :-)

The carnitas tacos were the best ever. A combination of slightly sweet and savory. Our server, Taylor, listed to and answered my questions about gluten free food preparation. I was very impressed. I took a photo of my tacos with a bite out of a taco. LolMy husband had the dinner with amazing sauce. He doesn't have celiac so he can eat anything and everything and he does. Wingers is definitely one of our top favorites.

Mom and I had a lunch and a dinner here. The lunch was fantastic. The loaded baked potato and the enchilada soups are hot and yummy. My BLT had lots of bacon and tomatoes. Was really good. Went back several days later on our way through to have dinner. Had the meatloaf and a cup of soup. Again, both soups were really good. However, was really disappointed in the meatloaf. It was bland. Mom is convinced it wasn't fresh made. I had the mashed potatoes and she had roasted potatoes...both were okay. I don't know if I would recommend dinner, but their soups and sandwiches are really good.Dear valued customer,Thank you for taking your time to leave a online review. We were traveling through town and hotel recommended this place for a good steak dinner. Food was delicious. The problem was with service or really the lack of service. Wait person never checked back once we got our meal. Our bill was incorrect and it took 4 attempts before they got it correct.

This is my favorite place to go to lunch with friends after a meeting of the historical society. We can all get what we want to eat quickly at the buffet and then we compare and question and find new favorites. When you see it from the outside Jimboâs looks like an old-fashioned diner but the inside has been enlarged with booths at the front and tables and booths at the back surrounding the buffet. Diners are not limited to the buffet; there is a full menu with yummy things like Pork 'n Seeds and other favorites, but for a fast lunch choosing from the buffet is an ideal option.There are lots of choices at the buffet with several styles of chicken dishes, and two or three of beef. There are also lots of vegetables on offer. You will even find standard American-style cuisine such as grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and salad fixings. I am always looking for gluten-free food and since soy sauce has wheat as one of the first three ingredients I have to be careful with Chinese food. I have never had adverse reactions to eating at Jimbo's, and they also advertise that their food is MSG-free, so perhaps they use tamari sauce rather than soy sauce, I don't know. I just find it easy to choose food that I can eat at Jimboâs â I just stay away from gravy, breaded foods, and the fortune cookies. Jimmy and his family are from China and happily greet each customer, lead you to a seat, and take your drink order. The servers have all been excellent when I have dined at Jimbo's even when it is really busy. Beverages choices include pots of tea and Pepsi products. Dessert can be fortune cookies, ice-cream, sherbet, or pudding. Jimbo's is popular with my family: one of my daughter's had her wedding rehearsal dinner there and another daughter - with two small babies - loves the fact that Jimbo's delivers in Payette.

Classic Drive In just like you remember from back in the day. Simple Drive in fair and friendly servers. What makes this place stand out is the classic car cruise every Thursday night throughout the summer. Followed with the cars parking at A&W with classic rock music from the 50's and 60's. Also a great place to take the kids to get a treat, directly across the street from a beautiful park.

Our party of 5 stopped in for a late lunch and most folks ordered breakfast items. Itâs a real treat to have an all day breakfast menu. The eatery wasnât busy but it took a while for our orders to arrive and even longer for one personâs order because it got mixed up. Nevertheless the food was plentiful and tasty although not as hot as we would have liked. Waitstaff were friendly but inattentive to water glasses or condiments which meant flagging someone down. Regretfully we were âentertained â by a manager calling all three waitresses to task over some error at the till. That was uncomfortable and left the diners just sitting. Ugh! It was a unique country experience and we actually enjoyed the food so Iâd say give this place a go.
