I love this place. I continue to come back because the atmosphere is drama free and fun. You definitely can just come in and relax and have a few cocktails or soda if you want and not have to worry about anything bad happening. The also have great food as well. The whole town has great history along with that building.

Four Rivers Cultural Center & Museum

Set near the junction of four rivers, the Four Rivers Cultural Center & Museum celebrates the convergence of four cultures: American Indian, Japanese, Mexican and European.

This is a great museum. The staff greets you then guides you down to a small theater where you watch a short film about the area. Then you get to walk through the museum. This is a very nice sized museum, with a lot of info on the Japanese and the internment camps. There is also a nice garden area outside.

Historic Women's Clubhouse that now serves as Community Center.

Reviewed By Lucinda S - Payette, Idaho, United States

I have been to the Portia Club for several different meetings and parties. Typically, someone in charge rents the hall and food is brought in either by caterers or pot-luck. The hall has a lovely wood floor and two restrooms plus a spacious kitchen. All parking is on the street and parallel. The steps are low so it is pretty accessible. It is an historic building so don't expect lots of modern amenities. Groups of 50-100 people will enjoy the building.

First United Methodist Church

Reviewed By GenieBIdaho

We live in Eagle, ID, and go to church there regularly, but we love to visit this church AKA "The Cathedral of the Rockies." The building is gorgeous, the pastor eloquent, and the music is divine. We prefer traditional music, so we have only been to the traditional service at 11:00 am. The pipe organ is wonderful and the organist is very talented. We have only been in the summer, so we have not heard the choir, but I understand it is great too. They often have very talented instrumentalists playing. If you are visiting Boise you will love worshipping here.
