New Albany is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio, just northeast of the state capital of Columbus. Most of the city is located in Franklin County and a small portion extends into adjacent Licking County. The population was 7,724 at the 2010 census. Founded in 1837, it is now a growing suburb in the Columbus area. New Albany is a very wealthy community, with a per capita income that ranks 12th out of 1,065 places in the state of Ohio. This restaurant is closest to the Bob Evans corporate headquarters, but don't expect a bunch of corporate big-wigs! There folks are down-to-earth, genuinely friendly and quick to start a conversation. The food is always delivered hot and quick. My favorite seat is at the breakfast bar where I can watch the floor-to-kitchen choreography that balances chaos and order.One of my very favorite places for breakfast, lunch or take-home dinner.

Best wings in town. Just hope you don't have to go to the bathroom. Men's room has one stall with a seat that is too small for the toilet and barely attached. Crap smeared on the seat. The broken toilet paper holder that you can't get paper out of is mounted so low that you practically have to lay down on the floor to access. Pieces of toilet paper all over the floor from people's failed attempts. The bathroom is like this every time we have been here.

Odd location in the middle of an apartment/condo development next to pool and sand volleyball courts. Nice food and drink menu. Great place to watch college or professional sports games Enjoyed the fried pickles, burger with avocado and onion rings, delish!

Last visit gave them a pretty bad rating. This tie the service and food was outstanding. I guess no matter what establishment you visit you can have either a good or bad experience. This time the service was outstanding. Food was prepared as ordered and well presented. Worth a visit.

Been here a couple of times. Food is very good. Deviled eggs are delish as are pretzel bites. Last time our waitress was apparently new. She knew nothing about the menu and âforgotâ our salads. She said she thought we wanted them after our meal. This is not Europe. We typically eat salad before the meal in the US. Food was fabulous but she clearly needs additional training.

We ordered are usual, meatball app and a small pepperoni pizza. The meatball app tasted a bit different than what we are used to we talked to a manager and asked if they changed something and she said no but was very nice. The pizza was delicious. We had dinner at Cap City Fine Dinar Friday night. I thought I had a smoked salmon sandwich at on time there. I asked Alex our server and he sail it was only on Saturday and Sunday, but he would check and see what he could do.He returned in a few minutes and said he talked to Ryan the assistant general manager. He said they had everything but a bagel but if I wanted it he would send out to Kroger to get me a fresh bagel.I said yes as Camerons book is called Yes We Can.The dinner was great! The portion of smoked salmon was large and as good of lox you can buy in Columbus equal to Fresh Market. Alex is a great server who followed up numerous times and Ryan stopped by twice to follow up and told me to call a day in advance and he will have everything next time. Just visited for the first time - special occasion. Overall, the experience was good - I thought our service was excellent.. I think everything else, including the food, was good but not great. I never mind paying for a great meal - I'm not sure this meal was worthy of $175 for two people ... in fact, I know it wasn't. This included splitting an appetizer and salad, and one drink each, and then the main entrees. I do think the portions were very good. I'm interested in trying again, and perhaps trying something a little less pricey.

A group of us went there before a show at the local theater and were satisfied with our meal. Great quality pub food at reasonable prices and the food was brought out quickly. Seemed pretty popular for a Friday night, no empty tables during our entire meal.
