The ambience is okay but the lighting is dark. Overall, good experience. highly recommended. And special mention to manager maam Icel, the team leader sir Marniel, the receptionist maam Lenie, michelle, Gwenna. Thank you, will surely come again

Reviewed By sheli_ciousI so love this hotel, the cleanliness, the price, the staff, the room and convenience are all here. Where do you get such good package for just Php1,000 per night. Beside the hotel are go to food stores like 7 11, Mcdo, Chowking, Carinderias are also present. We tried having an exercise walk for about 20 mins and we reached Jollibee. The aircon is cold, does not matter If they only have like 3 TV channels active Bed was comfy Bathroom has heater there's a water dispenser outside your room so you don't get thirsty, amazing! The next day I asked the staff if i can change my bath towel and they agreed without additional charge and what I love the most? The flexibility of your stay if your flight is evening and you don't have any schedule after checkout then you can book an extension for 6hrs. Very Convenient! I love this hotel. I would recommend this for budget Travelers.

We we’re a group of 4 (2 couples) so this apartment was perfect for us if not too big, but it gave us two rooms with double beds which we wanted! The hotel had their own security at the front. The two security guards that were at the front during our stay were the best part of our stay in this hotel. They organised cabs for us, and translated where we wanted to go for the cabs drivers that did not speak English! The hotel was in amazing condition and was well looked after, the service from each staff member was amazing. Each day we had our room cleaned. On the 7th floor there is a little cafe that sold a very affordable breakfast (they didn’t do dinner). For four nights it was $624 AUD (which worked out $156 each!!!!) I’d recommend this hotel to anyone planning on travelling to Cebu, and not wanting to pay for expensive hotels.

Good enough for short stays
Reviewed By d0ctrineWe stayed here for a couple of nights in January for a project we were doing in the area. While inexpensive, the hotel was far from good restos or even a convenience store. Rooms are okay but service was average. There's definitely room for improvement here but considering all the other hotels you can choose from, Leope probably won't be your first or second choice.

Reviewed By Free ADubbed as a business hotel, it fell short of the basics. Highlights: 1. Friendly staff from the front to the back of the house 2. Good wifi connection Lowlights: 1. The phone is not working. If you need something, you need to go down to the front desk and tell them. Our room is on the 6th floor. 2. We stayed for a week, and no one cleaned our room or even collected the trash for 6 straight days. 3. Linens are stained and old 4. The room is for 2 people. We are 2 in the room. They are inconsistent in replenishing items in the room. They would only replenish for 1 person (towels, bottled water). 5. They do not replenish the coffee, creamer, and sugar every day. We only got our coffee on the first day. 6. The lobby and the hotel entrance is dingy and dark, most of the time there is no person in the front desk. 7. Kitchen/bar is closed. You cannot order anything, even a brewed coffee.

A great place to stay during Sinulog Festival.
Reviewed By ohitspatsyyWe arrived to Alicia at night 01/16 by a taxi cost 220php (frm airport to here). It is located beside the Apartelle so it is easy to find. The first place we saw was the mini garden (smoking area) infront of the hotel which is very nice. We got assisted very well at the front desk and got our luggage in the room. We got the 2 single bed room because that is the only availabe room through agoda. We were advised that we can merge the bed tho. The room was clean, decent and the aircon was cold. Everyday our room got cleaned and a new set of towels and toiletries is served. The place was quite so you can really sleep well after a long travel. We got free breakfast at their pantry which serves delicious food. Tonton and me stayed there for 4 days to celebrate sinulog and just rented a motorcycle so we can roam around the city. This place is near to everywhere! Alicia provided us free parking at thier basement. On the time of check out, we asked if we can leave our luggage for a bit because we planned to go to South Cebu via motorcycle and they let us fill out a form to come back and get our luggage. PS: They have diy laundry, a convenient store and they can also call a taxi for you. ? Every thing comes easy for us because of them. Kudos guys!

Worst so far and never coming back
Reviewed By silver_byahero33After Christmas day, I got here with my house folks wanting to unwind. I wanted to relax. First they do not take reservation on the phone. You have to go there. So I did since they are close. It was kinda nice knowing they were on a 50% promo on all rooms. But they were fully booked. So we got the family room good for six people. I was specifically told that they can't accomodate before 3pm. So brought my family at past 3pm (specifically 3:10pm). Guess what, they are not ready. After 40mins of waiting and complaining they managed to finish cleaning the room. The manager in duty promised they will extend our check out. Wifi in the room, so I asked if they have and they confirmed. I went to the lobby and asked why my phone or laptop cannot detect their wifi. She (front desk) to bring it down and connect in the lobby then once connected I can bring it up my room. So I did with my phone. But then when I went up, I lost the connection. Going down again to the front desk, I asked why. Then she replied, "Oh our IT is fixing it sir. Pasensya na sir, sorry for the inconveniece". "I paid for the room amenities", I replied. They compensated me with making the extra bed a complimentary. Overall, the resort is packed even during this time of pandemic. I don't they have a full staff. The sorrounding is dirty. The comfort room in my room has a lot of broken things. Complaining does not solve anything. They just say sorry or pasensya. I have seen this resort when it was new. But now it's a poor representation of its past. It needs maintenance.
