Nice clean hotel
Reviewed By markn71This hotel is one of five in a group in Lopar on the island of Rab. The hotel itself is rated as three star and I would agree with this. The rooms are a decent size and ours was clean and had a fresh feel. The hotel location is very good overlooking a wide stretch of sandy beach and access to plenty of pathways for those pleasant seashore walks. The only downside is that this hotel shares its dining facilities with the other four in the group which makes the dining experience interesting if not different. Also whilst the quantity and variety of food on offer was good it was let down by the quality of the food, it was often Luke warm, some of the meat was tough and unpalatable. For those for whom these things matter it should also be noted that the majority of guests are German and Austrian, our group were the only British group and as we had a reserved section we tended to stick out a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful especially considering that English wasn’t even their second language. I’m sure that many could have an excellent holiday here, unfortunately it wasn’t the best of experiences for us.

Tourist Resort San Marino consists of five hotels (Family Hotel Lopar, Veli Mel, Sahara, Rab, Plaza). It lies along the well-known 1.5 km-long Paradise beach. It is an ideal holiday resort for families with small children and other lovers of sandy beaches. The capacity is 540 rooms, with air-conditioned restaurant with bar and dance terrace, hairdressers, newspaper and gift shop.

Reviewed By Vou1aWith barely any signage, we got extremely frustrated trying to find the beach. However, once we found it, our breath was taken away. The scenery is stunning. The water temperature is perfect. It must be noted that there is no place to purchase water or snacks; so, pack a picnic. We were told that you could not drive a car there, but we noticed several bikes and cars parked further up toward the beach. Sahara is very secluded and I would recommend for couples.

Angefragt (völlig unkomplizierter Kontakt, ausgesprochen freundlich),reserviert-hingefahren-angekommen-verliebt!! Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sogar 2 Nächte länger geblieben sind, was Gott sei Dank möglich war und vor allem auch völlig unkompliziert geklappt hat. Ein sehr familiär geführtes Haus mit unvergleichlichem Service.Extrem sauber, hervorragende Küche-auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig!! Wahnsinnig freundlich und ausgesprochen kinderfreundlich kümmern sich hier alle um einen; dem Eindruck nach sprechen Dragica und ihr Sohn Vito die Sprachen sämtlicher Gäste-durchaus unterschiedlicher Herkunft wohlbemerkt-fließend!! In Lopar ist von hier aus alles fußläufig erreichbar und man hat dennoch den Vorteil nicht mitten im Geschehen zu sein und somit auch in den Nachtstunden die nötige Ruhe-vor allem wenn man mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist! Ich schätze, wir werden wiederkommen...

Menší, ale útulný apartmán s dobrou polohou
Reviewed By Vykulenej_fotrApartmán jsme si vybrali podle umístění a ilustračních fotografií. Je opravdu pěkný, vše funkční a v dobrém stavu. 2x ložnice, kuchyň s jídelnou. Koupelna malá, ale sprcha funguje opravdu dobře (žádný slabý proud). Na můj vkus trochu měkčí matrace, ale spalo se dobře. Vše v domě čisté, voňavé. Místo na parkování hned u domu. Je také možnost využití dětškého hřiště a venkovního posezení s grilem. Taktéž vše ve skvělém stavu. V okolí hned několik restaurací, pekáren a obchodů. Větší Konzum (velikost asi jako Penny, Lídl) 1,3 km, na pláž je to asi 200 metrů. Wifi v apartmánu dostupná, ale síla připojení slabší. Určitě se sem vrátíme. Komunikace s majiteli vždy 100%.
