Perfect getaway
Reviewed By ifcaaaThis is already my fourth time in Fenomen resort so that says a lot. Perfect place in the middle if Plitvice lakes, surrendered by nature, trees, lakes and peace. If you want to have a little getaway from the everyday crowds and rush, this is the perfect place, honestly. I always like to come back. This time we even tried the food in their restaurant Kozjak and it was amazing- we had a glass of red wine, lamb chops with peas and filet mignon with potatoes and mushrooms, it was so good we had to try the dessert as well. Their panna cotta and brownie cake were delightful! Just perfect!

Reviewed By Niki LThis boutique hotel is situated in the middle of a beautiful country side. Just outside of our window was a small stream with crayfish and wild ducks, so beautiful and romantic. The room was very luxurious, very pretty with thoughtful design. Very comfortable with an armchair and mattresses provided very good quality sleep. Room and bathroom were spotless with plenty of very clean towels. There weren't any personal hygiene products provided in our room. Every time we entered the room there was a wonderful smell. The hotel restaurant provided very tasty meals and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Located 5 minutes from Entrance 2 and 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. There are 3 floors without elevator. Good parking.

The Space: Our house is settled in the middle of the national park Plitvice lakes. Guests have only 15 minutes walk to the entrance of the lakes. There is a restaurant next to the house. We provide a free parking lot as well as wi-fi and breakfast. Guest Access: Guest have access to parking lot, wi-fi, dining room, terace, beautiful field for resting and football field. Interaction with Guests: Owners and staff are around the house from 06:30 until 22:30. In that period you can ask for any kind of information and we will help you as much as we can. The Neighborhood: We have a neighborhood you can wish for. Peaceful little houses connected with roads which go through the woods. Guests are surrounded with nature in every spot. You can also find an restaurant, shop, infirmary and post office.

Reviewed By Ingrida PWe stay in hotel only for one night, but opinion about this hotel is good. First of all hotel’s location is great, to the Plivica Lakes You could go on foot. Hotel administrator or owner I don’t now, suggested to left our car in they parking, while we will attending the park, that was really nice from them. Breakfast were good, the staff very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, but small, for the one night good, but for longer time would be good to get room with more space. The view through the window is stunning: mountains, green trees and absolute quitness. Near hotel is located Bistro Vučnica, were we ate the best pizza’s ever. All food in this bistro were great, next day, after visiting Plitvica Lakes Park we ate there dinner and we felt very happy, because the food were great, the staff also very helpful and kind. I honestly recommend this hotel for Your stay. I hope that we come back here for longer time, because the place is awesome.

Reviewed By Dubrovnik CWe were actually excited to stay near Plitvice, but our arrival at the Plitvica kuca was a very cold shower. Very unfriendly owner! You can easily see from the photos, that is all about the money. There are many nicer and friendlier places to stay while in Plitvice. I recommend you to avoid this one.

Reviewed By plloh_36We came here to visit Plitvicke National Park. This little hotel has a great location only a 7 min drive from the parks Entrance #2. Really cute and clean hotel with a lovely yard to relax in. Harry is an excellent host - very attentive, friendly and accommodating. We had dinner here also which I would highly recommend - the trout was delicious! We sat outside at one of the tables and had a lovely evening. They have family rooms which worked very well for us - my mother was traveling with us so we were able to have a connected room sharing a bathroom.

Far from the Plitvice Park entrance
Reviewed By masterman2The owner said the hotel is 0.9 km from the Entrance 2 of the Plitvice National Park, which is not true. If you walk along the main road, it s 3.6 km, anf dthe small path is 1.6 km UPHILL as the hotel situited in top of the hill in town, there are no UBER or bus, the only option is to take taxis which cost 10 euro at least. The manager is not on site, and we never saw him during our stay, we can communicate by whatsApp but we don;t think he is helpful, we ask him to help us with the transfer and all he say is take a taxis. He will not even come out to assist us! eventually the hotel nearby the park saw how miserable we were, offer to take us to the apartment out of kindness.

Tout près des lacs de Plitvice et des restaurants /marchés du coin (3km). Je recommande fortement cet endroit!
