There is a private parking, bedroom small but clean and functional, nice lobby to have a coffee and work or read.

Even the rooms are well acceptable for specific uses (very short or really long stays). The rest of the hotel urgently requires a renovation, no doubt! Very good for one or two nights, but due to the somewhat decadent atmosphere I would not stay for a week...

Pleasant, poor and insecure Wi-Fi, €25 a night parking
Reviewed By solotravellerCanadaA pleasant hotel, right downtown. Parking is expensive. Lacks a proper dining room, but there is a room service menu. Excellent breakfast. The Wi-Fi system in the hotel is very old and uses insecure technology. The internet connection itself is very slow. Windows in the room are filthy on the outside and badly need to be cleaned. For €100 a night, it's OK. I would not pay more.

Reviewed By Freedom32427035568Was in Grenoble for business for one week and staying at the Okko Hotel. Absolutely terrible service, appalling bathroom and breakfast room layout. Bed was severely under maintained with the headboard peeling off and bits of the fabric and sponge falling on your head as your sleep. 3 out of my 5 days stay I had zero water from the shower. Would not recommend the hotel or the employees.

Convenient and comfortable hotel, with good staff
Reviewed By MJWSurreyThe location is very convenient for my business trip and only 10 mins from the centre by tram. Covid rules mean that, currently, the room is not serviced each day, so tea, coffee & cups are not replaced. Rooms and general decor are a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Parking space is not guaranteed, so I was luck to arrive early enough to find a space. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. I will continue to stay here on future trips.

Reviewed By baliani2022It is a good hotel, the location is more or less normal. I liked the food and service, and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, I had to change the room key every day and sometimes twice a day which caused me discomfort but then as I was explained I had the card and phone in one pocket which made it no longer work

Upper Floors Impossible to sleep due to noisy heating system on roof
Reviewed By alexkenStayed a few times and generally its good as long as you are on the lower 5 floors as there is a very noisy heating system (might be heat pump, might be ventilation fan) that runs constantly and makes far too much noise. I was awake most of the night. I will stay again but ask for a room on the lower floors. Staff really friendly and helpful. Car parking a bit small but always managed to find a space.

Checkin was slow as alot of people had arrived at the same time, and it took them a while to understand my order via my booking agent. My room was a standard Novotel room, it looked dated for a hotel which from the outside didnt look that old! I needed a iron and ironing board and had to collec it from reception for some reason. My sleep was ok the aircon unit was noisy but needewd to keep it on to keep the room cool, my sleep was ok. Breakfast was ok, a reasonable selection and the staff where freindly. If i stayed again i would look for another Hotel

Reviewed By niculinas2022Coming from Monaco we decided to visit Grenoble yesterday 17.04/2022 First they give us a room which was occupied and after they dump us on the 5 floor with no elevator (my husband have bad heart) The room was in a very poor condition,very sad experience.
