Reviewed By KbatisWe stayed at the hotel for two days after our flight was cancelled. The condition of the hotel was unexpectedly very poor and the smell inside was unpleasant. The staff however was very courteous and helpful at the front desk and restaurant. Also during our stay we noticed a large group of teenagers were in town for an event, they were making a lot of noise in the hallways, running and slamming doors.

You get what you pay for
Reviewed By CaliTexAR0GPool was nice, close to the Sea Life aquarium, Legoland and was cheap. That's about all the nice things I can say. The hotel is extremely outdated, the hallways were very humid because the leaves the hallways windows open. The free breakfast consist of 1 waffle maker, cereal that isn't properly marked and some yogurt. The sheets and pillow cases were stained up, our shower head had calcium build up and the ceiling had water damage. Also our sink drained very slowly. Basically you get what you pay for. If you're staying just 1 night it's good and cheap. Wouldn't stay any longer though.

Best bang for your buck
Reviewed By kaseyward65Hotel was nice. I couldn't find an ice machine anywhere ? and the chairs by the pool were mostly broken but overall would stay again. Location was great and everything was clean. Breakfast was good too! Rooms were clean and very spacious! Bring pool towels because each time we went to the pool there was none.

Only gripe however is that their multiple shuttle buses are constantly idling in front of the hotel. Don't understand why the driver has to use Diesel at 6-7 per gallon to keep cool if there are no customers in the bus! Sit inside the hotel. This is against the Hotel's supposed Green initiative and unfortunately it subjects to guests to carbon monoxide poisoning as soon as they enter or exist the facility.

Reviewed By seths627I stayed here for a work conference and was not impressed. My expenses were paid for of course, but I would have been disappointed if I paid for the accommodations myself. The grounds were beautiful but the room was very outdated, half cleaned and there was no attention to detail. When I first walked in, the lamp shades were all crooked with the seam facing the front. Several pieces of furniture were chipped, scratched or stained. I will say that the bed was comfortable. The hallways had an odd smell and the customer service wasn’t great, including the long check in process. Their card machine were not working so guests had to fill out a lengthy form upon check in which held up the lines. I’m sure it’s a fun hotel for families with kids but I would not book it for my husband and I. Again, the grounds are very well kept but the rooms and service were subpar.

I attempted to check in twice earlier today prior to 3pm and was told that I was unable to check-in until 3pm. Came back to the hotel prior to 5pm. When I checked in and found a 2 queen bed room I called the front desk. The girl essentially said that they did not have a king bed available and that I was welcome to call the front desk tomorrow morning and see if there were any cancellations for a king bed. I am at the hotel with other family members for a wedding in the area this coming weekend. The hotel had 5 months to have a king size bed available for myself and my fiancee. Not a very good business when you cannot hold a reservation which was arranged months ago. Not happy at this time.

Reviewed By roll-on-my-friendGreat rooms. Good location. Courteous staff. They will pick you up from the airport and take you back. I was so glad that they are doing this again. Rooms were very clean. Air Conditioner worked well. The hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable. TVs were big. I can recommend.

Great Hotel
Reviewed By melissapN5997WVOur flight plans were delayed so we stayed the night. It was late and we were tired. The beds were so comfortable!!From the get go the staff was wonderful, from the beginning Dara at the front desk to departure with our shuttle driver Daniel Cook we were treated well.

Reviewed By jonmarsdenWhere to start? First and foremost: The Wi-Fi doesn't work. Not the free one, not the premium one and not just in my room. A colleague confirmed they couldn't get on the premium Wi-Fi to do some work, in another room, either. Then there's the Matrasses and the bogus charges... The mattresses are hard and once you get home, they slide a $12 charge on your bill, after you've checked out, for water that was "supposed " be in your room, but wasn't. Not impressed and never again
