Great Stay! Clean, comfortable and convenient
Reviewed By 99deboMy stay was comfortable and exactly what we hoped for! The room, all of the facilities, were clean and well cared for. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, attentive and could tell that the management has high standards. The bed was moderately comfortable. Overall, the hotel was mostly quiet, but the walls are a bit too thin. Thankfully, the people in the neighboring rooms were considerate and kept the TV at a minimal volume. But, could still hear voices during conversations. The location and hotel amenities were very good! The breakfast is excellent, especially enjoyed the good fresh fruit! We will definitely stay here when in the area again, and recommend to others!

Comfortable bed and pillows

This allowed me to work during the day using the hotel wifi and then spend each afternoon/evening fishing w/ my family. A nice blend. J The owner of the Roadway Inn is a great guy. If you have any requests, please reach out to him at the front desk. I mentioned that my AC wasn’t working and he immediately changed me to another room with a new AC. That next day I saw him replacing the AC in my previous room. The breakfast was a little lacking, but that’s been hit and miss across hotels since Covid. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job and were really nice. While the room decor and style was a bit older, the rooms were well cleaned. The beds were very soft and the pillows were nice too. As long as you keep in mind your expectations of a Roadway Inn, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with this location.

Front desk convinced us not to return
Reviewed By wendy eMight have reviewed higher but...we arrived after midnight and the front desk person who reluctantly checked us in told us our reservation was not valid since it was "the next business day." This is contrary to Comfort Inn's policy on late arrivals. Too convenient that he had no name tag.Told us he was doing us a "big favor" by checking us in. In addition, the room was haphazardly clean like they ran the vacuum as quickly as possible and wiped down surfaces with one swipe at best. Left the luggage rack out of the closet hoping they clean better for the next guest. The smoke alarm in the hallway signalled it needs new batteries. The parking lot was well lit. They are doing renovations on the first floor. Bed was comfortable enough. The front desk convinced us we won't be back to this hotel

Reviewed By garryrF3245NHGreat price and very quiet. I requested first floor but was put on 2nd floor. Only 8 steps do it worked out. The front deck person ( his name was Les) was excellent and very accommodating. Thanks Les I would stay again.
