Great for the price
Reviewed By John MThis place is okay, actually pretty quiet compared to others I've stayed at. Heat and a/c work fine, just the occasional roach, and happily NO bedbugs!! Which actually happened to me at a place down the road...jeez those things are nasty little buggers. That motel had to actually replace all the bed frames and mattresses because of the infestation. But this place here doesn't have 'em, so that's great. All in all, it's a quiet place, reasonably clean, and at least one staff member, Patrick, speaks english and is very helpful. Finally the wi-fi is actually useable, took months for them to get it better, but it still is an un-secured connection, so don't eventry to order anything online, the thieves here will steal your info. It happened to me once, my first time , and I was ordering Norton for my new laptop. Ironic, eh? Just be aware, folks.

Reviewed By KatiaNassunoReading the reviews, my expectation wasn’t high, but we choose his hotel because we had a dog. I think they redecorated it. The reception did not have carpet, although the lady in the front desk didn’t notice I was in until I call her. She was distracted with a video on the phone. Our king size bedroom was big, lots of space for our dog. Part carped which was clean, and part title. Old furnitures and appliances though. Smelled good, the corridor and the room. No noise, but the sound of the the bathroom of next apartments. Quite normal for hotels. Wi-fi worked OK!

Legal papers don't matter.The ADA is a law that protects people with service dogs these people still refuse to honor that. They humiliate you when you ask for fresh batteries for the remote that is defective to begin with. They over charge you for the room infested with spiders roaches and mosquitoes. They will treat you with disrespect at any opportunity they see. They will lock you out of your room holding your belongings hostage despite agreements made on payment which would be in full two hours after check out. Then will refuse to take the full payment once you have it after having waited hours racing to find somewhere to pee til you could pay them another form of humiliation and abuse. They then kick you out and say you weren't paying them (but you paid them?) they claim you broke the tv and now you still can't get your things you owe them 200+ for a tv that had a small defect in the screen from day 1 and they challenge you when you state the law and tell them you're calling the police to make a report against them. Whom still haven't shown up. Do not waste your money here. This place can't even provide logs on the rooms condition after someone leaves so it gives them leeway to charge at will. they can't provide a working washer and dryer they over charge on the rooms, the vending machines and they treat you like crud. This was a nightmare. Spare yourselves the trouble. Worst place I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are going to be shut down for this single case alone. Shouldn't mistreat your customers you never know who knows the right people that made it their careers to protect people like me from people like you.

Reviewed By jaebatemonThe hotel was ok. I believe they spend most of their money and time on the actual spa, because the rooms need updates. We booked the loft at $250 a night, we should have gotten the standard room. There’s nothing special about the loft. The air conditioner leaked, when we used the shower the tub was clogged up so we showed standing in water. Room service was M.I.A & we were never given small towels, but a sponge. Also every time we left the hotel for food or whatever, we came back to find out we were locked out of our room. We had to get at least 4 sets of new room keys. Lastly checkout day, we had to take COLD SHOWERS, the hot water was turned off!!! Strange. But if u want to go to a spa, I recommend theirs, but if not their hotel.
