Participants were all happy and satisfied with the rooms, the pool, the surroundings but most especially the food. Big factor also is Sir Jay. He is a people person. His customer service is satisfactory. He treated clients like a king ?. All the staff including Ate Azon displayed a very good attitude and services to everyone. The ambience is very relaxing with various plants and trees. Kudos to the management of Hannahs Garden Event Place. Thank you so much.

Located in a perfect location south of Manila, Riverview Resort & Conference Center lies amidst verdant landscaped gardens, near the foot of Mt. Makiling in Calamba, Laguna. It is 60 minutes away from the international and domestic airport and about 90 minutes from the financial district of Makati. Nearby attractions include the historical site of the national hero's ancestral home, (Jose Rizal) which is a mere 10 minute drive away. Enchanted Kingdom, a theme park perfect for families with children is only 20 minutes away, while the world famous Pagsanjan Falls is approximately 90 minutes from the resort, about the same travel time will take you to the resort plantation of Villa Escudero. Guests would be glad to know that trips to these destinations could be arranged through our Front Office. Mall habitues will be glad to know that the country's premier mall developer, SM Malls, is only 5 minutes away. Shop till you drop at the many brand stores. Movie buffs can also catch their favorite movies at the cinemas. After a day of taking in the sites or swimming the calories away in our near Olympic size swimming pool, relax and cap your day with a spa treatment in the privacy of your room.
Worst security and service issue
Reviewed By Jamayne AI had an overnight stay for an event in one of their deluxe rooms this week. My father accompanied me to this event. A few hours after we checked in, my father was sitting on the chair and watching tv while i was about to take a nap when an employee BARGED IN and open our locked door with his keys. We were shocked as to what was the concern of the employee and he said was going to install something. According to him, he didnt know that our room was occupied. Huh? No coordination from the front desk as to which rooms where occupied? The audio from the tv was blarring as my father was watching a movie and he didnt hear any noise upon barging the door? Not even a knock as a courtesy? My father asked for the employee's name and reported it immediately at the front desk. Take note that the employee was not a trainee and had been working there for few years now. That was terrifying actually and made us feel unsafe especially with our valuables from the employees themselves. Another concern was the poor customer service. After arriving in the room, i forgot to ask how to operate the water heater. It was evening time already when i asked for assistance on how to use it. Front desk person said somebody will come to assist me. 2 hours later, nobody came to our room and i had to figure out myself how to turn the water from the shower as it didnt have the usual knob which can be turned on and off. I called the front desk again to said that nobody came so i figured it out myself. She was shocked and apologetic that nobody went to assist us. Management should do something about this. Overall, i was not satisfied with my experience in this hotel.

Hotel by the town mall
Reviewed By Mona NThis place is right beside the mall so finding the right parking space was no problem (parking was free). The supermarket was just walking distance. The staff were courteous and accommodating. There was a welcome kit -toothbrushes, a tiny toothpaste, 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The internet was strong, we were able to watch from our gadgets series and movies. The cable TV isn't working in our room. The bed was ok, but beddings can be improved. The place, though, was dimly lit, if you are alone it would creep you out. The room also has mood lights only. The faucets have water stains, there was also no shower curtain, and there were small cockroaches in the toilet. Bring your own slippers, the courtesy slippers were a bit worn. The is only one food on the menu so breakfast is the same the next day or if you get hungry at night. The room has no cable TV.

Great place to stay in Calamba
Reviewed By MollieBoGreat place to stay when in Calamba. Very new, clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly always offering greetings. Near the freeway for easy access to and from daily excursions. Only about an hour from Manila. 7-11 across the street. Jolibee and other restaurants nearby. Cafe in hotel had really good breakfast. Nice pool but I was unable to use it. Only downfall is the hallways lack soundproof materials so activities in the hallway are amplified. Very quiet at night but mornings can be noisy if you plan to sleep in. Suggest earplugs. I will actually miss this little gem.

Suspicions confirmed with 2 out of 6 channels being porn. Couldn't get refund but left anyway. Not staying at a sex hotel, sad to say agoda steered us very wrong

Reviewed By MollieBoLet me start by stating This is by no means a bad review. Green Glass hotel is very basic. Clean, relatively quiet even though it’s location at a busy crossroads. Bed was comfortable, good Wifi. But.... AC blew cold air right at the bed so it had to be turned off overnight. Bathroom is small. Sitting on the toilet was like being in Economy Class on airplane. My knees touched the wall. No hot water. If you are looking for a clean place to stay but are not concerned with anything fancy, then this is a good place. I personally prefer the amenities.

We Shall Not Return
Reviewed By hitman531phThe staff is polite and attentive to your needs. There is ample parking at the back of the building. That’s about the only good things about it. The wifi is fast and strong if you’re at the lobby and even at the hallways of the second floor, but the wifi gets weak and later disappears inside the room. Using your own mobile data is not helpful because the signal is 3G. The LTE signal is in and out. The standard room is quite basic. No cable or satellite TV service. Only a TV Plus digital TV receiver and a small Hanabishi LCD TV. The bathroom has the usual amenities but no water heater. That’s OK for the hot and humid season, but not in the cooler months. There is a towel, soap and tissue roll. The worst part is that the national highway is in front of the hotel. There is absolutely no soundproofing of any kind. Starting midnight, all sorts of road noise wakes me up several times. The passing of vehicles with modified mufflers of jeepneys, motorcycle and cars that make it noisy and trucks who honk very loudly woke me up many times. Even my colleagues who are in the rooms on the inner part of are awoken by the same noises. This is cause for poor quality rest and sleep. We will never come back here.
